I ordered this as I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD and have been struggling to identify the cause. I’ve read online that TUDCA has been helpful for many people in the same situation as myself and wanted to try it. I like that it’s easy to take and easy on my stomach. I’ve been taking it for a few days now and haven’t noticed much of a change yet. Regardless of results, the outcome after trialing this bottle should help me narrow down or eliminate a few options to further my pursuit as to what may be causing me issues. Not a bile acid.
Tastes flat, maybe a little like vitamin C (citric acid) and a little chalky after taste, not like a bile acid at all.I can’t risk taking it to see if it works because if it has anything in it even something like calcium and citric acid can aggrivate my symptoms after a flare up. I’m keeping the remaining sealed bottles so I can test them in a lab when I get the chance.

Ease into it.
This is a very interesting product, and this is the first time that I have used it, although I have used bile salts occasionally throughout the years. It appears to have a detoxification effect, judging by how I felt the first week of taking it. I started out at two capsules with a meal and found it to be too strong for me. I then backed down to one capsule, again with a meal. This was more manageable. When I say detoxifying I am talking about rapid elimination, skin breakouts and needing a nap mid afternoon even after a good night’s sleep. This phase passed within about four days. My digestive is improving and so is my energy, but I have to admit that the first couple of days were kind of rough. I think that as I continue to use it, energy will also continue to improve. My advice is to ease into it and hydrate really well.

So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes almost full to the neck, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last 45 days.The “best before” date on mine is Jul 2027.The capsules have almost no scent or taste, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, GMP-certified, and formulated in USA. The latter seems to often mean it is made elsewhere, and I can’t find anything to the contrary.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. I like to see a phone number on the bottle or website. There is none on the bottle so I went to the site theimmortalherbs and was met with a “We’ll be back soon!” page. It says they are performing maintenance, but I don’t know how long it’s going to last; it just says “shortly.” I would prefer to be able to verify a company’s claims before using their supplements, or recommending them to others. I can’t find trademark or any other information online, except for sites that are selling their products. Super strength and improves digestion
I like supplements that are clean and this one fits the bill. There are no fillers, no additives, and no sugars. At 1,000 mg, it is also potent. I also like that it is plant based. I use Tudca for liver support and I find this Tudca supplement has helped my digestion. I experienced less bloating and improved digestion. As such, I feel less of an energy crash after a meal. I feel this is a good value as it delivers 45 days of support. The capsules are also easy to swallow.
