    Reasonably priced, hard to find, low potency B complex

    Doctor warned me that while low B6 is correlated with nerve pain, excess levels (like 50mg) can cause nerve damage.

    I was looking for a B Complex vitamin that had only the amount of vitamins needed instead of the excessive amount that almost every other B Complex has. This is brand is perfect and I feel great on them! None of the gittery feeling that other brands give me.

    Too many vitamins

    The product was great but the delivery time wasn’t so I had to order a new one because the shipping company said it was delayed and wouldn’t be delivered until the end of the Month. But just one day after I got my new order the original order came in now I have 2 years of vitamin.

    I really like this brand, but the round shape and chalky texture make them get stuck in my throat. They’re not very big, but maybe a different shape would be easier to swallow. Couldn’t use them.
