This Nature’s Treasure Vitamin D3 arrived quickly, with a cellophane safety seal around the cap, as well as a protective seal under the cap. The label provides ingredient information, directions, lot number and expiration date, company details, plus made in USA and Third Party Tested seals.The bottle contains 120 fairly small capsules, each providing 5,000 IU of Cholecalciferol Vitamin D3, which is the most absorbable kind of vitamin D. Suggested use is one capsule daily, with food, which equates to a 120 day supply of this vitamin.My husband’s doctor recommended Cholecalciferol for a vitamin D deficiency, which we were told is quite common ion the US. This is a fairly high dose so he will likely take it a 3 or four days a week until test results improve and symptoms resolve.I particularly like that this product is made in the USA, in an FDA regulated facility and is third party tested. I found that this company offers other quality supplements here on Amazon and in my opinion all quite reasonably priced.
