Completely relaxed me so I could sleep
My 2 year old grandson came to visit me for the week and I was unusually tired and sore from keeping up with him and picking him up and putting him down multiple times a day. I always take magnesium to help me relax and to relieve the cramps in my feet that occur when I’m laying down at night, but I wanted something stronger, but natural, to help me completely relax without being out of it. I took 4 capsules about an hour before bedtime and after about 30 minutes I felt more relaxed than I had been before. It was a good feeling, not an exhausted feeling. I was able to relax my muscles and get a good night’s rest in, which is what I had hoped for. I still woke up in the night, but was able to go back to sleep quickly. I don’t plan on using this everyday, but will keep it for those days and nights when I need something extra to help me completely relax that’s all natural. I highly recommend this product.

Great magnesium
I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for a little while now, and it’s been great! The capsules are a good size—big, but not hard to swallow—and there’s no weird taste or aftertaste. I like that it’s a clean formula without unnecessary fillers, which is a big plus compared to other brands.I mainly take magnesium to help with sleep and muscle cramps, and this one definitely does the job. I feel more relaxed before bed, and I’ve noticed fewer leg cramps at night. It’s also gentle on my stomach, which isn’t always the case with supplements.The only small downside is that the serving size is four capsules to get the full 500mg dose, but I just split it up—two in the morning, two at night. Overall, this is a solid magnesium supplement, and I’ll definitely be keeping it in my routine!

Helps me sleep
I have been trying magnesium for sleep for a while now and I think it helps! I like to take one magnesium a little before bed. I have been falling asleep faster. I used to have to lay in bed for almost an hour before I could sleep. I just don’t have that kind of time anymore! I wish, but responsibilities call.

Better than melatonin
Melatonin has been my go-to sleep aid, but the issue with it, no matter the amount, is that it would give me a headache throughout the day. This product has none of it and focuses on magnesium, which seems to greatly enhance my sleep.
