Interesting offerings but unable to verify their claims
The product came in a well designed, white plastic container that was properly sealed. It claims to contain an interesting stack of amino acids and according to their website all of their products are tested by 3rd parties. They also list Forbes, GQ and Mens’ Health quotes – but, no links to any of this information nor could it be found by search engines or AI tools.Since it is not possible to verify the actual contents, I cannot recommend it.

Great supplement
These are great. They taste good. Almost like lentils or some meaty spice. A bit of a struggle to swallow 5 at one time but doable.

Stronger legs, fewer “next-day” aches
I started taking these before my evening powerlifting sessions—five tablets as directed—which I did for three and a half weeks (4 days on, 3 off). Compared to training without EAAs, my legs and back didn’t feel as heavy the following morning, and my grip endurance seemed to hang on longer in higher-rep sets. The blend reads like a full EAA profile with the usual BCAAs up front, and in practice it felt like my post-workout fatigue dipped a notch. They’re unflavored tablets and go down cleanly, but five at a time is… a lot. I stuck to two gulps and a big glass of water. Also, the “quick absorption” claim didn’t translate into a sudden energy pop for me—more of a steady-on effect over the session and better recovery after. If you can live with the tablet count, the performance bump and vegan profile make this an easy add to a training week.

Amino acids for muscle recovery
I have to say since I started taking these just before working out, my muscles and tendons have felt so supported and I have not had the legs so weak stairs hurt after meeting with a personal trainer at a gym. I had a personal trainer as a pregnant person and my legs hurt so much that I could barely walk up 7 stairs. Just 7..not flights but individual steps. It was awful and back then I ate everything I could get my hands on to meet the needs of my children in utero. Since it’s been 25yrs since my last baby I still look lean and fit but my legs have taken a back seat because other health problems bubbled to the surface like a volcano about to spew over! I take these right before I do my legs and an workout at home and haven’t had the noodle-y legs the next day or abs that scream for icy/hot the day after. I felt so well that I did these trainings every day and I gotta say the effects of this supplement has made me feel unbreakable (even though I just tore a rotator cuff for the 4th time. The pain relief was so nice and you get a ton of doses in this container. Take 5 either before or immediately right after exercising to get ahead of the pain that usually follows. The muscles will thank you over and over! This is totally worth the money if I don’t have to get the jello muscles after working hard to re-shape my toned legs and abs I used to have.

Convenient and Useful, But Incomplete LabelingConvenient and Useful, But Incomplete Labeling
TL;DR:Convenient amino acid supplement that fits well into fasted or early training. I like the concept and the formulation seems solid, but I’d like to see more transparency around actual testing and ingredient breakdowns.Review:I train regularly and also have a busy life, like most people. Hitting my protein targets every day isn’t always practical through food alone, so I lean on supplements to help fill the gaps. While whole food is ideal, supplements like this can serve a purpose—especially for low-calorie days or fasted training. This Amino+ product from Heylo supplies 5g of essential amino acids per serving, including the three BCAAs. Because it’s made of free-form aminos, it can be absorbed quickly and won’t break a fast. That’s useful for people managing intake windows or trying to minimize digestive burden during workouts. When I ordered these tablets, I was glad to see Heylo emphasizing transparency and third-party testing. Their website encourages customers to “do your research”—so I did. Or at least, I tried to.Based on my reading, the important amino acid for muscle growth is Leucine, which triggers muscle protein synthesis (MPS). This is especially important for older lifters like me, since age-related anabolic resistance means we need more Leucine to get the same effect. Leucine is listed first in the ingredient blend—a good sign—but the label doesn’t say how much of the 5g is actually Leucine. That’s a problem if you’re trying to assess whether the dose is sufficient to trigger MPS.I also couldn’t find any certification seals or documentation of third-party testing on the bottle. I checked Heylo’s website, which repeatedly references transparency and test results, but I couldn’t find a certificate of analysis or any lab documentation for this product. It’s possible this is a new item and test results are forthcoming. If that’s the case, I’ll update my review.I’ve been taking the tablets, five each morning with my coffee before hitting the gym. They’re easy on the stomach, and I like knowing I’ve got them on board since I work out early when I know I can squeeze it in. My training is cyclical, with heavier cycles at intervals, and while using these I was in a heavy phase. Looking back, I did hit a few PRs. I can’t say the supplements were the reason, but they were part of the plan—and the progress happened. I’ve been lifting long enough that PRs are few and far between.Overall, I like the concept of this product and how it fits into my supplement routine. It’s convenient, digestively light, and pairs well with fasted morning training. I appreciate Heylo’s commitment to transparency in principle—but in practice, I’d like to see actual third-party test results and a breakdown of individual amino acid content, especially Leucine. That would go a long way toward building trust with informed consumers who are genuinely trying to “do their research,” just like Heylo encourages.

High Quality BCAAs – Just not for MeHigh Quality BCAAs – Just not for Me
Although I have no doubt this is a good supplement, it just wasn’t for me, the five tablets per dosage which it actually recommends you can do this up to three times per day for a total of 15 if you’re active. To me, most that are taking a supplement such as this would be, my biggest issue is the 5g of BCAAs. One can get 5g or higher with most good quality protein mixes, you can take these as a follow on to get more BCAAs, though it’s the five tablets at minimum, that gets me. I take other supplements and vitamins and to take 5-15 of these per day was a bit next level, for me. The cost of $45 for essentially a 10–30-day supply is too high and low value for money, IMO for BCAAs. The plus was the tablets are easy to take, no noticeable taste or smell which does simplify their use and these are ultimately effective if taken as recommended.

Heylo Amino+ Acid Supplement BlendHeylo Amino+ Acid Supplement Blend
Heylo Amino+ Acid Supplement Blend is a great vegan friendly amino acid supplement that supports muscle recovery, energy, and overall wellness. It is packed with 5g of essential amino acids per serving to include BCAAs like L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. From taking these, I felt I had improvement in recovery time after working out and reduced soreness. The tablets are non-GMO and free from gluten, soy, corn and preservatives. Each serving requires five tablets which is a lot as the pills are on the larger side. The bottle comes double safety sealed, with the lid having a plastic seal and the bottle have a top peelable seal. The bottle contains a fist of cotton most likely to help keep the pills from breaking and absorb moisture, a small moisture pack is also included. Upon opening the bottle, you will be presented with an unpleasant smell of the pills though no taste was evident during or after taking the pills. If you are looking for supplement facts transparency you will be disappointed as Indvidual breakdown of the amount of each supplement is lacking. Certification documentation is also not available to back the claims. It is listed to be made in an FDA registered facility.
