It’s very difficult to know whether or not a supplement is working but I think it is. I can tell when my vitamin c is low and if I take this supplement those symptoms disappear!!

.. not really..none of these ive tried are anything like livon lab packets.. i suspect whats going on is they are combining c with liposomes in capsule but its not truly liposomal c tech… meaning its not just putting them together, its a process..None of these gives me the same results as the real deal…..they do seem to be good quality, gmp, USA etc.. each only 700 of C, ( i notice the lastest game is to catch attention with a high amt listed when its actually just several pills)So these are ok, price avg , similar to most out there, just not replacing my real deal blobs ( can also be made too with ingredients and a ultrasonic jewlelry cleaner machine)..So for me, i take a blob packet once a day,And several if something major, then take these as i do my plain old c throughout the day..🐈🐈🐈🐈
