Good supplement with andrographilides.
I used the bottles recommended dosage along with 90 mg of andrographilides extract morning and night and oil of oregano 3x a day with water to kick a cold. Symptoms started on a Saturday, my brother’s wedding was in 7 days. I had woke up with no symptoms, within 4 hours I had voice. Ordered this bottle, was delivered over night, started all my herbs Sunday morning, which by then had me with a full blown severe head cold. I was completely 100% healed by Wednesday. Total life saver. Gave these herbs to my mom and it shortened her cold substantially as well.
