I wanted to try this Candida Complex mainly because the ingredient combination is more comprehensive than a basic probiotic by itself. It contains oregano oil, caprylic acid, berberine and probiotics in one supplement, so I do not have to purchase and keep up with several separate bottles to get the same combination of ingredients.The capsules are straightforward to take and much easier for me than trying to incorporate some of these ingredients individually. Oregano oil in particular has a very strong taste on its own, so having it contained in capsule form is preferable. The bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a decent quantity and makes the price more reasonable.I am careful about judging supplements based on claims that are difficult to actually measure at home. I cannot personally verify whether this is eliminating Candida or changing my microbiome, and I would not expect an immediate noticeable result from taking a supplement like this. I would rather judge it by how well I tolerate it and whether I notice digestive changes with continued use.So far I have tolerated the capsules without any problems. They are convenient to incorporate into my supplement routine, and I have not experienced anything that would make me hesitant to continue taking them as directed.I like the selection of ingredients and the convenience of having them combined into one product, but I also think expectations should be realistic with something marketed as a cleanse. This is a dietary supplement rather than something I would rely on to diagnose or treat an actual yeast infection or medical condition. Immune boosting supp. reads well on paper, but lab results NOT provided
The following is my honest review and personal opinion of this gut microbiome support from Happee. The supplement arrived with the usual tamper evidence safety seals in place and I was looking forward to getting started. These average size yellowish colored bovine gelatin capsules (so not vegan friendly) went down easy for me with just a swig of water and did not get stuck in my throat, so that made life easier LOL. This bottle provides 90 capsules which is a 45-day supply at two caps per day. The purpose of this candida cleanse supplement is not to treat any kind of candida infection, so the name is quite misleading in my opinion but I will not take any stars off for that. What the supplement is supposed to do is support your gut health and the microbiome found in your gut. The main ingredient is oregano oil in the powdered form and caprylic acid, a type of MCT acid. These capsules also contain berberine, garlic extract, black walnut hull extract and pau d’arko inner bark extract (which according to my research is said to be used to help lower inflammation, fight fungal infections, soothe respiratory issues and also may help support the immune system overall. Also provides probiotics and the digestive enzymes, protease (helps break down proteins) and cellulase which are enzymes that break down cellulose, a tough complex carbohydrate found in plant cell walls. What I did notice was the taste of oregano when I would burp. To me this is not off-putting since I love a ton of oregano on my pizza and other foods. Other than that I had no noticeable side effects, no stomach upset, no cramping and no diarrhea from taking two of these a day. My energy levels have always been good, so I cannot judge if this made me feel better overall because I’m generally healthy to begin with. I have to have faith that these are working behind the scene so to speak and making my immune system, which is your gut, that much better after taking these for a month and a half! Since I do feel good, I believe these were effective and did their job for me 🙂 these are formulated in the usa, but it does not say what country they’re actually produced in! The label also says GMP certified non-GMO and lab tested. The reason for the four stars is because they claim lab testing, yet do not provide proof of that…. That to me is a negative and thus for instead of five stars.

Potent formula
The Happee Candida Cleqnse Detox contains all the ingredients I have been taking individually as a stack for gut health. This formula contains Oregano Oil Powder, Caprylic Acid, Berberine HCL, Garlic, Black Walnut Hull, Pau d’Arco Inner Bark, Bacillus Coagulans, Protease, and Cellulase. All of these are known for digestive and gut health.The recommended dose is 2 capsules. I started off with one capsule to avoid a possible “herx reflex” from detox. It says to take with a meal. I take it with the largest meal of the day and follow up at bedtime with a couple of activated charcoal tablets to bind with any toxins and die off from bad bacteria or candida. These is a potent formula so I expect good results. I’ve already noticed less gas and bloating the first week. I’m up to 2 capsules a day and haven’t had any bad side effects. I do feel the activated charcoal helps with any detox symptoms.The open bottle has a strong oregano smell but the capsules fortunately don’t have a taste. The gelatin capsule keeps all the harsh tastes away from the palate which is much preferred. I haven’t had any digestive upsets but I suggest one starts slowly to watch for any detox symptoms and see how your own body tolerates it. Like I said, this is a potent formulation! Still, it will take time to see verifiable results so this should be taken consistently for several months.This is made in the USA in a GMP facility and is 3rd party tested for purity and potency. These are the quality assurances that this is free of heavy metals and contaminants and contains what it says. This is an excellent formula in an all in one gelatin capsule for convenience at a great price.

This is an excellent product that has a variety of ingredients that are good for and support gut health. They have a nice herbal smell to them when opening the bottle, which is something I really like. I’ve taken these without any issues or side effects. I haven’t noticed any changes since taking them, but gut health is something that I’ve been wanting to work on and improve for my overall health benefits. I think taking these without having any specific gut issues, then it may take a while to notice any changes. I am hoping to feel less bloating issues with these. I like that this has a mix of probiotics, herbal ingredients and other supplements all mixed into one, which reduces the amount of pills one might want/ need to take. The pills are slightly larger but still average for supplement pills. This is also a good value because you get 45 days worth of supplements for less than $20. I also think this has some added features that add to making this a good value. I Experienced Clean Digestive Clearing And No Bloat
This was the Candida Complex balance and restore supplement for gut and digestive health microbiome support. There were forty-five servings per container with a two-capsule serving size. The capsules came in an opaque white bottle. They were an average size, well sealed, and easy to take. They were a yellowish color and fully filled with medium to fine ground powder. During my first week taking them, I experienced a clearing of my digestive tract. It was welcome, but I had frequent bathroom stops with liquidy bowel movements. I felt very clean and clear after that first week was over. Since then, my bowel movements remained regular, though more liquid than not. Feeling regular kept me feeling empty and not bloated, which was a welcome feeling. I did not experience any aftertaste.
