UPDATE : Today Dec. 3 2017 This company has not only replied to my concern here on amazon, but they also sent me complimentary product without me even having to ask for a refund or any type of resolution. They also give very personal customer service, as they took the time to call me to discuss the specifics of the problem I was having with their product. The person I spoke with was kind, professional, knowledgeable and generous. Gave very helpful information about the product and some ideas to resolve the issues. I learned a lot about their business practices and philosophy during that communication as well. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again and will be sure to update even this review after I use the product that they sent me. I understand that because of the nature of this olive leaf it is important to limit moisture in its environment as much as possible but even if the leaf does change its appearance, the supplement is still just as worthy of praise and effective. My one regret is that during that conversation I did not ask about testing done on this product, specifically heavy metals, as well as microbial contaminates. At least I know though that when I want to contact them again, that they are available and more than willing to be transparent with their customers. I am holding off of a five star review only because I would like to test it on other issues and also take it for a longer period of time to see how my family does with it.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWPurchased in June 2017. Today Nov. 24 2017 and it is no longer usable. At this hefty price, I am never going to purchase it again when most of the bottle went to waste. I was thrilled to have access to this type of product and truly appreciated it being on amazon. I believed it worked well for me but I did have trouble with certain symptoms. It made me feel very dizzy. I cannot be sure it wasn’t my illness making be feel that way though. I did take it only a short time. I went back to use it today and I could not because it was completely dried up and hard as a rock inside the capsule. I needed to have access to this product free form because I needed to lessen the dosage and mix it into food.At no time did this product get exposed to damp conditions. I kept it in the dark in the coolest driest part of my home on purpose. Same place I store all other products of this type. I consider this a very bad investment. I do not plan on purchasing again because of this problem.

okay i suppose IF kept in its bottle

packaged and sealed safely. not that it matters really but, other ingredients does not contain rice as shown on pic bottle, it says stearic acid (vegetarian) on my bottle..Only taking one capsule right now so cannot really say how effective product is except that i have not notice any affects (bad or good) after 10 days really. I am mainly using this for its 25% oleuropein that was % recommended as a part of my regimen to help control rosacea naturally.price is a bit high but, not many brands offer the 25% so guess its acceptable if product works in the end.beware however that these capsules apparently do not like to be out of their sealed bottle container! i use a weekly daily pill container and by time i got to wednesday, the rest of the olive capsules for the week had turn dark greenish black with tiny beige specks in them and were hard and gooey inside. Not sure if thats normal but, had to throw 4 capsules away because after opening one, it just did not seem normal to me. Pic below is a fresh capsule kept in its original bottle and other ones are 3 of the 4 capsules that turned bad on pill container.update 6/13 NOTE: The capsules were turning darker in their container as days went by, they don’t like being exposed to air so for those that will only be taking one or two a day, separating half of the capsules into another airtight container may be a good idea OR as the awesome customer service person recently made me aware of, keep the load of cotton stuff in bottle to avoid air/moisture issues, which i did not do so darkening capsule issues i am having are probably my fault in the end. And i did end up noticing its affect on me, i had a short die-off period and do believe its helping my gut & skin. Will continue to purchase and regularly use for sure.

It Works!

Wow! 3 weeks ago my bp was 188/100. I suffer from white coat syndrome and my bp soars if I am anxious, therefore I’m not a candidate for bp meds , as when I’m not stressed my bp plummets dangerously low. I read about olive leaf extract and got the green light from my doctor to take it. It’s been 3 weeks since that high reading. I have also begun lowering my sodium and caffeine consumption and increasing my postassium-rich food consumption. I have also adopted the 4,7, 8 breathing meditation. All of these things worked together very well for me. The olive leaf extract made a huge difference. I even bought some for my sister and she is seeing remarkable reduction in her bp readings. The seller contacted me and advised me to start slow with the dosage , as their brand is more potent than most. I thought that was very kind of them. I will not be without my olive leaf extract. It has so many antimicrobial and antifungal benefits, and even helps lower glucose levels in addition to lowering bp. I purchased some earplugs from Amazon to take with me to the doctor to help drown out the bp machine sound that bothers me. The lower readings from the olive leaf has helped me not be so anxious about taking my bp so eventually the earplugs may not be necessary.
