I am very satisfied with these gummies. They have a pleasant taste and are easy to take every day. After several weeks, I noticed my hair was shinier and shedding less, and my nails are stronger, too. I also like that they contain other nutrients in addition to biotin.

My hair has started to thin and have less sheen, my nails lack luster and my skin could look better so I am very excited to see the progressing results from this supplement I have already after a few days noticed my skin feeling healthier. I’m not vegan, but these are so that is also a plus to those that are vegan. The only negative I would give this product is that they aren’t the best tasting gummies they aren’t horrible by any means, but I’ve tasted far better gummies from other companies I would eat them before you eat so that the food takes away the taste if you take it after you are left with a off taste in your mouth for awhile. Overall I like this product and am looking forward to the added benefits past my normal every day supplement.

Strong Healthy Nails
These hair and nail gummies have ben great! They come in small cute bear shaped gummies, the gummies are soft and easy to chew. They have a very nice light strawberry flavor that isn’t over powering. I also haven’t had any issues with them sticking to my teeth. They also have been gentle on my digestive system and I haven’t had my stomach problems from them.But most importantly, I’m seeing actual results! My nails have a tendency to peel and bend, so I normally have a hard time growing them out. after just 2 weeks I noticed a huge improvement with my nails. My nails are a lot thicker and healthy, they aren’t peeling and they are actually getting longer! I also noticed that my hair has been shedding less as well.
