I normally take Shilajit as a tablet daily, but having it in gummy form is nicer. I actually prefer gummy supplements, so this was a good deal for me. I take two gummies every morning, so this is a one month supply for me. I won’t go much into the benefits for men of taking Shilajit, but it is believed that this supplement benefits men’s libidos and helps to keep testosterone levels up, which helps to build muscles, as well as improving mental clarity, supposedly. These gummies have a pleasant flavor or taste, not off-putting at all, and the smell is not bad either.

The good news is: they’re delicious as far as gummies go. I liked that they’re individually wrapped so that I could throw them in my purse or car console without them getting gross and the container was pretty.But I didn’t feel better or worse than I did before I started taking them. I took the recommended dosing until it was empty and it didn’t seem to do a single thing except perhaps give me a single-serve sweet treat.Very underwhelmed.

Pretty Good Gummies with Okay Taste
These Shilajit gummies are convenient, easy to travel with since they are individually wrapped and are much easier to take than capsules. Regarding their taste, it’s okay, not great, but not bad either. They’re definitely tolerable, just not something I’d look forward to as a treat. The texture is typical for a gummy supplement, a little chewier than usual. As far as results, I’ve noticed a mild improvement in overall energy, nothing dramatic, so not sure if their strength is great, but also experienced no negative side effects and no jitteriness so no harm in continuing to use them daily to improve wellness.

I cannot say whether these gummies have any of those properties or can help with anything as I received them not long ago and to me, they taste horrendous.The picture is what the packaging is; however, each gummy is individually wrapped inside the cardboard container. It’s a little inconvenient to have such a big bottle hanging around, but convenient to that they come individually wrapped so you could just haul them along.When I say they taste horrendous, to me it seemed to be a bit of a combination between dirt, house dust and cement with a fruity, but acrid aftertaste.Chances are I will not be testing these to see if the touted shilajit is as wonderful as “they” say.

These gummy platinum daily wellness support supplements come with 60 in the container. They are individually wrapped with 1 gummy per wrap but the serving size is 2. I wish they would add 2 in each wrapper but I started with 1 a day so maybe that’s why its packaged that way. The quality is good and it has a good taste. I didn’t really notice a difference in energy level yet but I did not have any side effects which is good. It is easy to use and maybe once I start taking 2 a day the effectiveness will be more evident.
