Does not taste tart on the inside but I believe it contains what they say.
A quick price search showed me that Tart Cherry supplement seem to range between $16 to $25, so these are right in the middle of that.To be completely honest, the reason I got these was in hopes that I could break the capsules open and get my hands on some of that cherry powder on the inside, hoping that it would be really tart. And while that was not the case here (presumably because it’s an extract, which I didn’t pay attention to before), it did turn into a big messy reddish-purple stain all over my hand when I licked it. So even if it doesn’t taste cherryish, it certainly has something in it that is cherry-coloured, and that something is probably the cherry extract.On top of that, I can’t speak for the mega-long-term effects of these, yet at least, though I’ve been eating them for a couple weeks they certainly haven’t hurt me.. I do like, though, that they don’t have silicone listed as a powdering agent like lots of other brands do.I also like that it’s distributed by a place in Rochester, MN, home of the Mayo Clinic (while obviously not affiliated or endorsed, in my mind there’s a cultural link..), and I’ve visited that city before, so they get points for location pride.4 stars for that, in combination for seeming to have the things inside them that they claim to have, at a price that is comparable to others on the market. If you’re not like me and don’t plan on taking these apart to taste, they should do you just fine as far as tart cherry extract goes, plus several extra plant extracts as a bonus.

Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I personally feel that my health issues are addressed by the list of ingredients that are listed for this product. I have done my research, and I not only have no problem taking it, but feel confident that it is helpful relieving the aches and pains of everyday living. I’ve discussed the ingredients with a health professional who was enthusiastic, and I am pleased with the amount of product with each purchase. This is easy to swallow and has produced no stomach issues. I’ve used some of the ingredients before in other products, and I’m excited that there is so much included in each serving. This is a product I will continue to use and I have suggested to family members.

300 mg Tart Cherry Extract Anti-Aging Support
This GUDOMET brand Tart Cherry, Ginger, Ashwagandha+ 8-in-1 complex supplement has many potential health support ingredients with the main one being Tart Cherry, a superfood which contains flavonoids, a group of plant pigments that act as antioxidants and support your immune response. Tart Cherry has also been used to reduced inflammation and anti swelling support. In addition Tart Cherry may also offer improved sleep support though I have not noticed this while I have been using this product.My main interest in taking this product was to find an easier way to add Tart Cherry to my daily routine for reduced joint swelling support. Tart Cherry Juice or dried tart cherry fruit isn’t always easy to find and isn’t available in every local store and can be relatively expensive. Fortunately since I have been taking this product I have noticed perceived benefits. Each bottle contains 150 gel capsules which is 75 servings. I am pleased with this product and would order it again.

Great Supplement
For years I have tossed a couple of turmeric capsules in my smoothie every morning to help me deal with years of abusing my joints with water skiing, hockey, and just being silly. To help absorb the turmeric, I also added a little black pepper. From time to time I have added ginger and tart cherry to the mix for their antioxidant properties. I have not tried stinging ashwagandha, elderberry, or bilberry before, but apparently they all have positive health benefits as well.This appears to be a very professional, confidence-inspiring product. After using it for a short time, it seems to live up to all of the claims very well. The joint health benefits are the most immediately apparent. With 150 capsules in the bottle and a suggested dosage of two capsules per day, this is a generous supply for a very competitive price.

I think the price for this supplement is very reasonable, especially considering all the other supplements contained in it, eliminating the need to buy those other supplements separately.
