Powder capsules, not gelcaps or solid pills
I see other reviewers say they got gelcaps, which makes me wonder about product consistency… Neither the description nor the bottle itself says what type you’re supposed to get, but I got capsules filled with powder, a not uncommon form for herbal supplements but less common for standard vitamins. Personally I like powder capsules, because if you decide one pill contains too much for you, it’s easy to snip off part of it with standard scissors and take less.I have no way of determining the actual potency or quality of these pills – the amounts of B vitamins contained are very high, but there is some disagreement as to how much you need, and I know B deficiency is not uncommon. You will want to do your own research and/or consult your physician, but my understanding is that B vitamins are water soluble so it’s not really possible to overdose – your body will simply absorb whatever it needs, and flush out any excess. That being the case, I’d rather have pills with too much than too little, as seems to be so with these.The capsules had no particular flavor, nor did I have any adverse tummy trouble after taking them, so I’d say they’re fine as far as I can tell. They do see a bit pricey compared to other vitamin options of similar potency, so shop around.

The product IS as described.Because I also take a multivitamin that also contains Vitamin B, this then is over-kill. For that reason, I will try to alternate taking a multi vitamin 1 day, and then this the 2nd day, and keep alternating.The body can only process and absorb so much.Even my multivitamins that are 2 a day, I personally prefer to take 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM.I do personally believe in Vitamin B, but I also need Vitamin D, and other essential supplements.I once took a 1 pill of COQ10 with 500mg, and it was TOO much, that I had nausea and dizziness. Sometimes our intentions are good to take supplements, but each seller has their own blend and mix, and dosage, and we truly now have to be careful not to take too much.Rating it 4 star only because I will not buy again and personally prefer the option to adjust my dosage with the number of capsules I swallow, plus how I balance with other supplements.Just me.

Great one stop shop to get my B vitamin complex. Since I was diagnosed with the big C word I needed a multi one pill not a handful of B vitamins and this product is a beast.

It’s ok?
I am honestly a bit confused when I take this B complex supplement, because it’s the only one I’ve taken that doesn’t turn my pee bright yellow. I don’t really know what this means in the larger scheme of things, but it makes me wonder if I am getting the full values listed on the label. Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to really verify the values, but it does make me hesitant about taking these. When I take my normal b complex, my pee goes back to bright yellow. I tried to Google this, but didn’t find information that I felt was pertinent or helpful to me. I took off a couple of stars simply because the lack of yellow pee makes me hesitant to reach for this bottle. But it’s entirely possible that I am nervous for no reason, I just would rather reach for the supplements that I already have, which deliver the normal and expected byproducts.
