A multi Pro and Prebiotic blend of good bacteria varieties.
I like that I only have to take one pill as a dose. Once and I am done! It has a good variety of pro and prebiotics. It is a medium to large size capsule, devoid of taste and very little if any smell upon opening the bottle. Very low dosage of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which I am just reading the pros an cons about. The amount in this formula is seemingly innocuous and I am hoping this is beneficial to me and my system. These take time to work in your body, so I will report back if I notice anything pro or con. So far it appears to be everything I would want in a pro/prebiotic. The bottle does not mention if refrigeration is required, so I will have to assume it is not, compared to my other similar products.

decent probiotics in a single capsule per day
These probiotics have 20 Billion CFUs per pill with 11 different strains, which is in the mid-range of brands I’ve tried. And the daily dose is a single pill, which is convenient. I have been taking a variety of probiotics consistently for a while, and in switching to these pills, I have maintained the good digestion that I rely on.Greens First is a brand that you can find an established, independent website about, which is something I always want when choosing supplements. They are an American-based company. But I am a bit uncomfortable that none of their published material on the bottle, or the internet on or off Amazon details where these probiotics are manufactured. I also noted that, per their website, only one listed employee has any medical or nutritional credentials, and that person is a licensed chiropractor rather than an MD, DO, or Registered Dietician. I would feel much better about these probiotics if their published material had more information about the manufacturing practices, location, or other steps they are taking to ensure safety and quality.

So far so good!
Supplements are always hard to review because you dont see the good or the bad until after some time from taking them but so far so good! I like the clean ingredients of these probiotics, they are easy to swallow, and the serving size is just one capsule, with no aftertaste. I have been taking probiotics for some time now as I have some stomach issues and I can see the benefits of it. I started taking this one and I’m feeling as good as I was with the previous brand. So far so good 🙂 Would recommend

Keep your GI system in check
When we get older, we slowly learn how important our digestive system is to our overall health. At the age of 18, if someone told you to take probiotics, you would laugh and order that fast food. However, at 40 that is when things started to change.Trust me, keep your gut health in check and always examine what comes out of you. This will be your first sign of problems. Plus, soluble fiber is important, eating allot of insoluble fiber will cause you extreme abdominal pain. Ask me how I know, when I ate about 8 apples in two days.This is helping me go regular and keeping my GI in check. Take care of your body folks, it’s the only one you get in life.

what I like about the product:- label states it is non-gmo which is very important to me- easy for me to take (only 1 standard sized capsule per serving)- good blend of ingredients for digestion/intestinal health- 30 servings per bottle- gluten free and veggie capsules!possible cons:- seems a tad pricey for only 30 capsules ($23)

Works as it should
I take probiotics quite often, and this pill works as it should in aiding the digestive system. With one small pill a day, it is easy to swallow and get your recommended dosage. I feel like the price for one month is a bit high, however, so that is the only drawback.

The capsules are easy to swallow. There is prebiotic soluble fiber to nurture the good bacteria further in your guts. There are 11 different microorganisms to support digestive functions, enhance immune functions and improve the overall health. I feel great and less bloated after taking this supplement. I deduct one star only because it is not cheap compared with similar products but I still recommend this product.
