Interesting supplement formulation for energy and focus
By now, everyone knows that green tea is highly beneficial in addition to being very yummy. Since it tastes so good I’ve never had trouble getting a good dosage of green tea. There have been times when I drank it constantly throughout the day. It’s good because although it delivers a ton of health benefits there’s no real side effects from drinking green tea. Green tea has a long list of benefits of various types and like many similar substances ‘your mileage may vary’. Some of the benefits are anecdotal while others are the result of scientific research. Green tea as a drink dates back thousands upon thousands of years. Early Asian cultures drank it not only a social and spiritual practice but also because of the health benefits. IMO, you have to think there’s a reason that it is endured for so long and has become popular all over the world.Green tea is only part of the story here. There’s a number of things in this formulation most of which have had their beneficial traits validated by research. EGCG is a potent antioxidant and a component of green tea. Alpha-GPC was once more commonly known as choline but is a naturally produced compound that is important for a number of cognitive functions. There’s also a proprietary blend of a number of ingredients including Guarana, Rhodiola Rosea, Cayenne Pepper, L-Theanine, etc. Should all of this not provide enough of an energy boost there’s also a 100mg of caffeine to give you the ‘kick in the head’ you need.There’s plenty of people who try to minimize caffeine intake and obviously this supplement might not be a great choice for them. You don’t want to overdo it with caffeine, of course, but I’ve always found it effective at jumpstarting my energy and focus. Everything else in this formulation is well known. You may or may not realize the benefits they are associated with, but they’re widely used and generally benign with few sound effects. Everything else you want from a quality supplement is there–100% natural, GMO free, gluten free, lab tested, made in GMP certified facilities, etc. Your experience may differ from mine, but personally this is one of the more effective natural energy supplements I’ve come across. I really like this stuff!
Over-sweetened sodas and energy drinks work, but they come with an after-crash, and are generally full of a bunch of crap. The lift that these supplements provide, isn’t as jarring or obvious. It’s smoother, more natural feeling, and there’s no after-crash. In my opinion, this is a far better alternative if your mind is active, but your body isn’t (like when you’re working on a computer all day). Do yourself a favor and try these out. You’ve got nothing to lose, and it’s better than a having a heart attack, or an aneurysm👍

Love the Energy & Focus Boost!
These capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a taste or smell. I love that they contain ingredients to support energy & focus like green tea, l-theanine, guarana, l-carnitine and more. I feel that they are really helping with my overall energy levels. These supplement helps me wake up in the morning and I feel more mentally alert. I am not much of a morning person so that is very beneficial for me. I just take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and I am ready to face the day!At this time, a bottle costs about $17 and lasts for 2.5 months. I feel that they are a great value at about $0.11 a day. The recommended dosage is just 2 capsule a day and they can be taken with or without food. I have not had any negative side effects and will be ordering more when my bottle is gone.

It sounds good, and it felt perhaps a big effective, but that could always be placebo. I really have no way of evaluating their efficacy. Maybe they just don’t hit me the same.

Energy when you need it.
Good energy. I don’t take this daily. Just when I’m feeling like I’m dragging and it seems to perk me right up. Easy to swallow pills. Doesn’t smell bad. Id recommend.

Great Adunct to Other Stimulants
I like these capsules a lot. On their own, I need a double-dose (4 capsules) to really notice the effects. Personally, I think they’re best in combination with other stimulants (e.g., a cup of coffee, an energy drink, or another “energy pill” blend from PEAKPURY. They increase focus, motivation, and drive when dosed correctly.

Non-jittery boost of caffeine a bonus of polyphenols
So far I’m liking this blend. PeakPury (PP) may be slowly changing my negative view of proprietary blends. This one gives a good non-jittery fast acting caffeine boost which I believe is being tempered by the L-theanine (unknown amount). The EGCG in the Green Tea does the polyphenol thing as a bonus.I haven’t used the whole bottle yet and I don’t plan to take this one constantly. I will use it when I need it for a smooth caffeine boost.As always PP did a great job of quality packaging and the pills are clean and easy to take.
