    I ordered this supplement because if the ingredient list is fairly impressive. Like another reviewer here, I’m not sure how I feel about the addition of probiotics, and I still take a separate probiotic when I feel it would be a good idea. The things that I can attest to with this particular supplement, these capsules are, a normal size capsule, as opposed to a very small, or overly large. It makes it easy to swallow, as does the lack of a typical vitamin/mineral product. I am not able to speak of the efficacy of any supplements, but as I said, the ingredient list is impressive, as well as seeming to be fairly transparent, as well as a label that I didn’t need my reading glasses to be able to see.
