   These are so effective my doctor asked me if I were taking any supplements, after the results of a blood test. When I told him COQ10, he said “ah, that makes sense.”Zero negative side-effects for me. The small pill size is good for swallowing. Excellent value. If they clump in humid weather just shake the bottle, however, a small desiccant packet should have been included, but was not. These are extremely easy to use & transport if going on vacation. I like that it is 1 a day.
