I did this for 3 weeks consistently with a low sugar, dairy free and gluten free diet. I also incorporated a charcoal supplement as a binder. Absolutely no change and no effects noted whatsoever sadly, after taking diligently 3x per day. On the bright side, it has clean ingredients.
