Helpful for more than pregnancy
I took one at every meal during the first 72 hours of that time of the month. I think it helped. The magnesium didn’t totally prevent cramps, but I think I slept better (one night I was still up pacing for awhile with cramps, but not for as long) and my system kept moving along, perhaps helped by the pectin. I think if one knew accurately when that time was starting, it would probably help to start taking the pills a day or two in advance. If one took 12 pills per cycle, the bottle would last through 5 cycles, costing at the time of this review around $4 per cycle. I did not take any painkillers while taking the Pregnancy Smart pills.I would actually prefer that the pills were smaller and I just took twice as many. I don’t like trying to get down big pills. But I found that tucking my chin downward helped get the pills swallowed. There is a ginger taste/smell (surprisingly, the peppermint doesn’t come through as much), as one would expect. I think they are pretty easy to digest.I appreciate that the pills are made in the USA, and are vegetarian. They are also kosher and hallal for those who follow those eating practices.

Only 20 day supply
I am not pregnant, but hope to be soon so I figured I would go ahead and order these. The ingredients do list ginger and peppermint, so I think they would provide relief for anyone whether they are pregnant or not. I do not notice a strong smell or taste with these. My main concern is the serving size is 3 pills. I have heard trying to swallow pills when pregnant can be a nightmare, so the serving size is not ideal. The bottles come with 60 pills, so that is only 20 day use. For my personal preference I would choose another product that would have a smaller serving size and would last longer than 20 days. The cost is comparable to other brands.

Wonderful natural option for pregnant patients
As an OBGYN, I have treated multiple patients for nausea in pregnancy. For patients looking for a more natural option, there is finally a scientifically designed natural supplement to help improve appetite and reduce nausea. Created by board certified OBGYNs like myself. Love this supplement and I think patient will too.

Safe and effective
Amazing product! It worked really well for nausea during pregnancy and made a noticeable difference. It was easy to use, gentle on my stomach, and gave me much-needed relief. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural option! I loved the idea of not putting unnecessary toxin into my body that could affect the development of my baby. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend as an OB/GYN for over 3 decades!
I learned about this remedy from several of my patients that found it online. They were looking for an OTC answer for their mild to moderate “morning sickness” and were frustrated that other variations either required a prescription or were too costly. Since then I began recommending it to patients and have gotten only positive feedback. As an OBGYN for over 30 years, I researched the safety and efficacy of the product before suggesting it to my patients, and it meets all standards required by the American College of OBGYN. I highly recommend this product, and I only wish that I had thought of it first!R. Gomez Jr., MD

Great product
I can’t say enough good things about this anti-nausea supplement! Pregnancy nausea hit me hard in the first trimester, and this was one of the only things that actually made a difference. It’s gentle on the stomach, easy to take, and I started feeling relief within a few days. I also love that the ingredients feel clean and safe, which gave me peace of mind. It didn’t completely erase the nausea, but it made it so much more manageable. Highly recommend to any expecting mama struggling with morning sickness!

Easy to take and digest
I get crazy very often so I really needed these. I’m going to start by saying all the things I like about them first before bringing up the one thing I don’t like. They are easy to swallow and don’t get stuck in my throat or have a bad flavor.I like all the natural ingredients and that they are vegetarian and that it is free of the most common allergens.I like the really long expiration date although I think it’s really funny to have a year and a half to take a bottle that should only last 20 days if you take it as recommended. Here’s the only thing I don’t like: 60 pills seems like it either should be one or two months worth of pills. Not 20 days. It seems like they should be capable of concentrating it more so you can just take one pill. Especially when it’s a pill to help reduce nausea and swallowing three pills is difficult when you’re already feeling nauseated.
