    Great Choice for Energy Throughout the Day

    Didn’t realize what a difference B12 could make to my energy levels. I highly recommend ingesting vitamins in liquid form whenever possible b/c they get absorbed into the system much faster. It’s also VERY easy to swallow due to it’s sweet taste.
