Be careful not to take it too late in the day it may disrupt your sleep.The red color has a tendency to run down the side of a bottle, but that’s the only drawback for me.I will definitely this buy again.

I’ve used this on and off for years as a way to make sure that I’m getting my B12 in as a vegetarian. I find it easy to put it on my nightstand table and use it every morning before eating anything. It’s good quality and my naturopath approves of this product. I feel like it’s made a difference in my energy since starting to use it again. Will continue buying it and using it every morning. The taste is yummy and not too artificial. The texture is light and refreshing. I think this product would also work great for kids as it is really easy to administer.My only complaint is that the cap leaks. I’ve attached a photo of an unopened bottle that I just received today. Besides that, I love it.

I’ve been using this B12 spray every morning and I like that it’s vegan and organic Methylcobalamin. The flavor is good and makes it easy to take.My biggest issue with this product is the spray bottle. THE SPRAY TOP LEAKS and leaves product all over the cap, which is messy and wasteful. I’d give it 5 stars if they got a higher quality sprayer for the bottles.
