Overpriced Creatine
The branding is nice and the supplement tastes great – but when you look at the label and it consists of Creatine, L-Carnitine, Sodium Hylaluronate and Paraxanthine, the price point makes zero sense. $60 for 20 packets of creatine? And at 3g per serving at that – when the traditional serving size is 5g. For perspective – 60 servings of a big name brand of creatine (5g per serving) is $18. The other ingredients don’t account for the price difference.I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but when the price point is so excessive, I have to.

This is a pretty good product overall, but with a few important things to keep in mind before you use it. The individual packets are definitely convenient for on-the-go use, and the Strawberry Fizz flavor is pleasant. When you mix it, it does fizz up quite a bit, so you’ll want to use a taller glass to avoid having it bubble over the top. It eventually dissolves completely clear, leaving a unique, fizzy texture that’s not quite carbonated.My main observation was that the time it takes to dissolve is very dependent on the water temperature. When I mixed a packet into cold water, it took more than eight minutes to dissolve fully. This isn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry. You may need to use room-temperature water for a quicker mix. While the product itself is good once dissolved, my other point of hesitation is the price. For what it costs, I feel the box could have included more than the 20 packets provided. It’s a tasty, convenient supplement, but the value and the slow dissolve time in cold water are definite considerations.

The flavor is great, and the single serve packets are convenient to throw into my bag. Dissolves decently, though it becomes a bit fizzy which might not be for everybody. The product gave me a little energy boost, but the kicker is the price tag. I get that there is a necessary price up for the convenience of having single serve packets, but at $50+, it seems a bit excessive.

In my opinion this is the best creatine I have tried. It is creatine and more. For some reason it keeps me satisfied for long periods of time. I know it is not meant to be an appetite suppressant. It helps me immensely. It gives me energy when I go to the gym fasting. This is the only thing I have and it is perfect. I workout for at least 2 hours a day.

I’ve been using this creatine daily and really like it. The Strawberry Fizz flavor is surprisingly good, and it mixes easily with no gritty texture. It’s nice knowing it’s vegan and includes added ingredients like hyaluronic acid for extra support. purse friendly pick me up
I’ve been using this prior to my kickboxing class and absolutely love it. Im not a fan of hot beverages like coffee pre-workout and this is a great alternative. It’s such a refreshing flavor that still gives an effective pick me up similar to caffeine.Performance: I’m not big on nutrition labels and ingredients outside of what fits in my keto diet so I won’t speak to those, but I do know that there are no net carbs or sugar in these packets. As a caffeine junkie I was able to replace my energy drink with this and felt a similar level of performance.Mixability: While they can be eaten by themselves and taste great the ability to mix them with water makes them even better. They began fizzing instantly, giving off an almost carbonated effect. They do dissolve completely, but at that point they are a bit flat tasting compared to drinking it while still fizzing. For complete breakdown it took about 5 minutes, but that was largely dependent on the temperature of the water. Room temperature water dissolves the beads faster than cold water.I absolutely love this product. It’s a great tasting source of energy for a workout and a really unique and fun fizzy experience. For the price I’m not sure I would buy more of these, despite the convenience and ease of use.

Adds to gains!
This supplement has been a great addition to my routine. The powder is very easy to take and comes in small packets for easy transportation. The taste is not very good, but it is not bad either and I just chug it down with a small amount of water. It dissolves quickly and easily in small amounts of water. I haven’t had any issues after taking it so far. It seems to have been effective for me so far so it is a good value in my opinion.

Great for Seniors to maintain muscle mass
I always read the labels closely. This creatinine supplement also contains 200 mg of Paraxanthine which I had to look up. This is basically the part of caffeine that provides the greatest benefits and is less likely to cause anxiety. I had already had 2 cups of coffee before I took this mid-morning, not realizing I was adding to my caffeine load. This put me over the 400 mg of total caffeine that I’d prefer to stay well under. I’d much rather have my caffeine in the form of Paraxanthine so I now know to avoid coffee on days I plan to take this. As a senior over 65, creatinine is an important part of maintaining and, hopefully, building muscle. Creatinine may also help improve brain function, memory, and mental function which is very important for us seniors so we can enjoy retirement and stay active. The package says it is manufactured in bulk FOR the Gains Company, but not where. It doesn’t carry certifications for GMP facilities or 3rd party lab testing. This raises questions for me since this information isn’t forthcoming. However, it does contain several proprietary, patented ingredients which is encouraging. It’s too early to tell about long term benefits but I feel good knowing I’m doing all I can to stay active and healthy.
