No iron
I thought these compared to my Centrum Silver for women but found out through a blood donation that my iron dropped significantly and I was denied to donate. I have given blood since 18 and I’m now 52- I had never been denied until I switched to these vitamins. Even my yearly labs reported low iron and I had to repeat the test in 3 months. I went back to my other vitamins after I saw no iron listed on the label. My iron levels are back to above average, as mine should be. I won’t say these are bad vitamins but they are not for me and I can not recommend these if you donate blood frequently or already have low iron. Yes, I have a good diet and include protein and greens as well as cook in cast iron. It’s partly my own fault for not looking the label over well enough-i missed it.

It Has Everything I Need
As a 56-year-old woman, there are so many supplements that need to be replaced. This seems to have a lot of what I need, which has allowed me to cut out some other supplements I’ve been taking. It’s a large pill, which I have no issue with, but I like that it’s just one a day. It’s the best combination I have found, and at a reasonable price.

The vitamins are effective & doing what they are designed to do. I have had no side effects & they are easily digested. The pills are not small , but I haven’t had any difficulty taking them. The taste isn’t really noticeable. Price is ok compared to many other brands. I would recommend this brand.

All the nutrients I need
My doctor wanted me to take prescription vitamins so I could get folic acid. This vitamin has more than the prescription brand and is far less expensive. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that it’s a little big and slightly difficult to swallow.
