Fertility supplement, food nutrition, storage container is meh
These supplements appear to be great quality, they don’t have a bad leftover aftertaste, and they seem to digest easily when taken with a meal. These are a great source of folate and other vitamins which are needed when trying to get pregnant, build fertility, or supplement what is needed during your cycle. This is all a part of holistic health, and these vitamins are much more absorbable in the food form that this is offered in. I didn’t notice a difference in sleep or skin quality, but I do think that it helps overall health by providing absorbable vitamins. The packaging is slightly disappointing as it is in a plastic bag, like the picture. I do feel like this is better for the environment, and good for travel, however it doesn’t feel as safe or protective for a supplement you definitely don’t want getting moist. I would keep it in the fridge, or just plan to use it quickly like within a month or two once you open it.

it comes with quite some nutrients and minerals. it didnt have any odor or issues when eating. i didnt feel any stomach upset. after eating my sleep quality is good i should say. it was easy to swallow and chew for digesting. as i am someone who workouts i would prefer to eat these gummies to maintain enough nutrients. these are very tasty gummies and does the job. I am not sure about any weight loss benefits.

Great Supplement for more Energy
I wasn’t sure when I started to take these if I would feel any different. But I am happy to say that after a week, I felt more energized, and my mind wasn’t as fuzzy. I feel these really did help me out. I didn’t lose any weight, but I will take what I can get.You take 4 capsules a day, and there is a 30-day supply. They were easy to swallow, not too big in size, but fair warning- try to drink this with any flavour other than water, as it had a meaty taste to the pills. I didn’t notice to much of the same meat smell to the capsules.I fell they are worth the money, as compared to similar items out there, and you are not stuck on a subscription.

Good sustained energy source
