No stomach upset and seems to help my allergies a little bit
I’ve suffered from allergies all my life, and have heard great things about taking quercetin + bromelain to help minimize my symptoms. I also take a daily antihistamine. That being said, this winter, my skin has been flaring up more than usual, even with the OTC antihistamine. I’ve been taking Freeda for a few days now, and my allergy symptoms have seemed to calmed down a bit. I’ve always had good responses with quercetin and bromelain supplement, and this is no exception!4 stars only because I haven’t been taking it long enough to see a major difference, though it seems to be helping so far. It’s recommended to take 1 pill with every meal, up to 3 a day. It’s flavorless and isn’t hard to swallow. A good choice for a natural anti-allergy supplement!

This supplement is helping with seasonal allergies as well as regular allergens and mild asthma. The extra B5 is safe up to 1,000mg/day, though the 200mg in this product are more than adequate to provide the extra support some of us need. It also has the ability to improve memory as an added bonus. Quercetin, bromelain, nettle leaf, and the citrus bioflavonoid complex with vitamin C all have proven results in studies on allergies.I feel this is a quality product. My only complaint is needing to spread out the dose of 3 capsules over 3 meals. I tend to eat only 2, meaning I have to take 2 at a time for breakfast or 1 capsule on an empty stomach which is not recommended. I’m sure the directions are recommended for best results, but remembering 3 separate pills may be difficult for others as well. Still, I’d recommend this as a quality supplement for allergy sufferers.

I try to stick to natural/herbal remedies for allergy relief but it can be difficult to find a good blend that works. I was impressed with the ingredient profile here and thought I would give it a try. I appreciate that there aren’t any strange fillers and that the overall ingredient list is relatively straightforward.I took the recommended 3 capsules after cleaning a dusty basement and noticed I was starting to get sneezy and itchy eyes. Normally when this happens, my symptoms linger throughout the following day, but after taking 3 capsules, I woke up in the morning feeling relatively clear and refreshed.There are so many variables that can impact allergies, but I’m willing to continue giving this a try to see if it helps keep my allergy symptoms at bay.

Love the brand Freeda! They’ve been around forever and make great products. This allergy formula seems to really be helping with my allergies and sinuses. Serving size is three capsules a day. There is a 30 day supply in this bottle. All natural ingredients. Great value definitely recommend.
