Works like magic
This is the best joint supplement out there. I have been recovering from an golfer’s elbow injury for alost a year. I injured it while working out. I had to rest my elbow for around two months and took 2 cortizone shots. I spent the next 3 months recuperating very slowing and taking different glucosamine supplements such as animal flex. My elbow was slightly better but still there was some pain. Then I discovered Formutech’s joint formula. I bought 2 of it. The first tub, I was taking a double dose (4 with breakfast and 4 with lunch) to speed up my recovery and by the time I finished it, I was feeling a lot better. For the second tub, I was taking the normal dose (4 capsules with breakfast). I am now in my third tub and even bought a fourth as stock. I feel that I am now at 90% of my normal level. I am working out normally. I am playing squash again with no pain.I highly recommend it.

This stuff works
Before taking this supplement I was only taking fish oils for my knee pain, I play soccer on a weekly basis and also do crossfit. I noticed when trying to do both I started getting pretty bad knee pain so I looked for a joint supplement to see if that helped. I tried just the regular glucosamine supplement but didn’t notice any changes. Then I came across this product and after about 10-14 days I noticed my knees didn’t really bother me that much at all and about after a month the daily pain pretty much went away. I definitely think for someone who’s active could greatly benefit from this product. I’ve been taking it for about 5-6 months and have been feeling great still.

Tremendous reduction in joint pain
10/27/2017 UPDATE: This product has jumped in cost almost 50% in one month! What gives? Will *NOT* buy at this new price!This is a great blend of all the traditional joint supplements (chondroitin, MSM, glucosamine, etc.) plus cissus quadrangularis. It’s the addition of that last ingredient that made me switch from Animal Flex to Flexible.As a bodybuilder, I have noticed a tremendous reduction in joint pain (eg. knees from squatting, elbows from tricep pressing, etc.).It’s also the most cost-effective combination of all of the above ingredients that I could find. Highly recommended!

So far this has done nothing for my tendonitis. I realize the product itself may not advertise itself as being helpful for this, but many people recommend it for that use, and I imagine others will come here looking for relief. Sadly no difference yet, but I may increase it by a star if things are better when I have finished it.

I really love this supplement
I really love this supplement! This helps with my knee, hip and back arthritis conditions. After taking this I have been able to stop taking so much medicine for these conditions. I feel better and am able to stand and walk better and easier than I used to! I used to have to stand for a few moments before walking on my knee because of pain and stiffness. Now I don’t! I think I am on my way to being more active thanks to this. It is definitely worth a try if you are looking for a complete glucosamine type supplement.

Only thing that works for me
This is the only product I’ve ever found that helps my joints and more specifically, my tendons. I’ve tried regular cissus, regular glucosamine, and turmeric all on their own, but nothing helps like this product. I hope it doesn’t get discontinued because it really works plus it has all your bases covered.The serving size is a bit hefty at 4 pills and if you do two servings a day it can be a lot, but it’s pretty much worth it for the relief and protection.

This product provides a few fundamental ingredients to overall joint health. The major ones are Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium, Vitamin D3, Omega 3 fish oil, and collagen. Most important is a well balanced diet low in Saturated fats, excessive sugar consumption, and salt intake. A diet high in lean high quality protein, complex carbohydrates (Low Glycemic) , and a good serving or two of Mono and Poly Unsaturated fats. Joint supplements can only get you so far if you do everything else wrong.
