Ferritin Support with a Clean Ingredient List, One Filler Concern and a Missing Probiotics Note
Started taking this because I follow a vegetarian diet and have dealt with iron and vitamin deficiencies in the past. Went through the label carefully and the actives read as thoughtfully chosen. The B vitamins are in the more bioavailable active forms rather than the cheap ones. The iron is in a chelated form that tends to be gentler on the stomach than basic iron salts. Zinc and copper are chelated too. The label also includes a couple of iron absorption support ingredients that aren’t even highlighted in the product listing bullets, which is a nice bonus.One thing worth flagging: the product listing headline mentions “probiotics” as an ingredient, but the actual supplement facts panel doesn’t list any probiotics at all. If probiotics were part of why you were considering this, that’s worth clocking. On fillers, the “Other Ingredients” line is short. Just three items total. The vegan capsule shell is fine. The standard flow agent used to prevent clumping is fine. Maltodextrin is the one I’m not crazy about since it’s a processed carbohydrate filler that doesn’t add nutritional value. Nothing else obscure hiding in the list.The capsules are a bit large but I can swallow them without much trouble, no strong taste or smell. I take them with food and haven’t had any side effects. My experience after about a week has been positive with no complaints. Worth flagging that this delivers a serious iron dose right at the upper end of what’s considered safe for adults. If you’re not sure whether you actually need iron supplementation, please talk to your healthcare provider first as the label itself recommends. Iron isn’t something to take casually.At $24 (at the time of this review) the value is reasonable given the quality of the active ingredients and the bonus additions. Convenient option if your healthcare provider has confirmed you need iron support and you want one capsule that lets you drop a couple of other supplements. Just clock the missing probiotics against what the listing advertises, and the maltodextrin filler, before you buy.

I will write a review when I have blood work again to see if it actually makes a difference, but what I can say is. I like the ingredients. I like the iron that’s in here along with the zinc and folate and selenium, etc. There’s a lot of good stuff in the bio available formula. Even the B6 is P5P, which is what you want.It’s made really well and there’s not a lot of junk and there’s no junk at all. It’s just a typical veggie capsule, which is fine for these ingredients. You don’t need liposomal for these vitamins.I hope people trust me on this, because this is one thing I know. I understand pharmacodynamics very well. It’s a huge problem in the supplement market and generally, I go through everything and rarely like any.So if I’m given this a good rating as a reason. However, I can’t talk about it bumping up my iron or anything just yet until I get my blood work and I’m going to give it 60 days instead of 30. It’s been 30 days now and I do feel a little more energy, but there could be a lot of things contributing to that so I can’t just say it’s from this. I just cut my hair short we’ll see how it grows in and I’ll let you know about my nails as well and I’ll give her an updated report at the top of this review in another 30 daysI take my reviews very seriously. I count on them when I’m shopping and I really do hope I help everyone who’s here looking to buy a supplement.There’s nothing worse than relying on marketing that pretty much lies all the time, let’s face it

Great supplement for vegetarians
I ordered this Ferritin supplement because I eat a vegetarian diet and have had past issues with certain vitamin deficiencies, as well as anemia, particularly when I had other health issues going on. It can be stressful trying to make sure I am getting enough of what I need in my diet, so I prefer to take supplements.This supplement contains 10 important vitamins, and they are all more than sufficient daily doses. This actually allows me to cut out a couple of my other supplements that are included in this one. From my understanding, this is also a formula that is designed for maximum absorption.The pills are easy to swallow capsules, with 30 doses in a bottle. I haven’t have any adverse effects, but I do make sure to take them with food. I haven’t noticed any changes in how I feel yet, but that’s also not what I’m seeking, since I’ve already addressed my deficiencies and am just trying to keep them up.Overall, these supplements seem to be good quality. They pack a lot of essential nutrients into one unique blend. So, this is a good value, especially if you are someone who has had vitamin deficiencies due to absorption issues.

Increases energy for folks low on iron or ferritin levels. B vitamins, Vit C & folate!
ZenViralize’s Ferritin Complex is loaded with Ferritin, Vit C, B6, B12 and folate. All great things to be added to your diet. The label claims that you can achieve thicker, fuller hair, sustained energy, get digestive comfort, and that it will clear brain fog. I haven’t been taking it long enough to notice any of the claims, but I CAN attest that I didn’t have any digestive side effects, and I noticed a slight increase in my energy. Those B vitamins can really help if you’re naturally low on them. Ferritin is a super important component found in the blood, and all to often when the doctor finds anemia, it’s actually ferritin that’s low in the blood stream. That’s happened to both myself and my daughter.Always check with your healthcare professional before starting a new supplement or medication.One dose of this supplement consists of two capsules, which are easy to swallow, have no taste or aftertaste, and o didn’t experience any negative side effects.I’d recommend this supplement to someone who is knowingly low in iron through labs, or ferritin, and would like to increase their ferritin levels as well as some B vitamins, Vit C and Folate. For those who are in fact low on iron or ferritin, this supplement can make a world of difference!!

Need more time but so far so good
So far, I’m really happy with this iron supp. The capsules are easy to take, which jas always been an issue for me with iron pills. Im even noticing a slight improvement on my energy levels…SLIGHT. I’m very anemic and have only been taking these for almost a month.supplements take time, and I want to use it consistently for longer before making any big claims about its effectiveness. So far, though, it’s been easy to add to my routine and I haven’t had any issues or tummy problems with it.
