I’ve been taking these biotin gummies for a few weeks now and although I don’t see noticeable results yet, I will continue to take them as directed on the bottle. It does say that you should use these for at least 2 months before seeing results so that’s 2 bottles of gummies. The cherry flavor gummies are not as sweet as I expected, but they are easy to take with no weird aftertaste. Also notable, this formula is gentle on your stomach so no issues there either. It’s worth it to try them!

I haven’t been taking these long enough to know the actual effects of the product, but I can say that they do taste really good in high-quality and not cheap. The flavor is a true cherry flavor and they’re not too chewy and they’re very easy to eat, almost like candy. I would say that these are definitely as advertised however it’s hard to tell on the effectiveness long-term, but they do feel higher quality.

I bought these Biotin Gummies because I wanted to see what it might do for me.I really like the flavor – it tastes like cherry lollipop. So, taking it is easy and fun.What is most important to me in a vitamin is their value in my current life? I would say that there has been a noticeable improvement in my hair with less hair loss since I began use. Furthermore, I have noticed that my nails no longer flake and peel – a truly remarkable improvement.Biotin is something I will continue to use going forward.

These eSalon Biotin Hair Gummies weren’t a winner for me. They came mostly stuck together but I was able to separate them more or less. I didn’t find the taste or scent pleasant and couldn’t really bring myself to keep taking them.The ingredients are good. My daughter didn’t find the taste or texture objectionable so my issues might be a matter of personal preference.

When it comes to my hair, I like to take anything I might. I think can help in any way. I’ve read a lot about biotin, and I believe that it’s a powerful product. So when I found these gummies, I thought, why not they come? Well, packaged with long expiration. They are potent, and they taste great. I love when I can take my supplements in a chewable gummy. That tastes great and makes it easier to stay on top of my daily regimen. I’ve been taking these eSalon Hair Multivitamin Gummies for almost a month, and my results have been mixed but generally positive.Because my hair is long and I don’t color it, it’s hard to tell if my hair growth actually increased. I think it may have grown a little more than usual, but it’s not something I can say with confidence.Where I did see a clear difference was my nails. They were short and constantly breaking and chipping before. After a few weeks on these, they grew faster and are definitely stronger and less prone to breaking. For nail health, these worked very well for me.Flavor-wise, they’re cherry and slightly more tart than sweet–easy to take. They taste similar to other gummy vitamins I take, but the texture is maybe a bit more dense and waxy, but not unpleasant.The label shows mostly standard vitamins including Zinc, D3, B Vitamins (B6, B12, Folate, Pantothenic Acid), and a high dose of biotin, plus 5 grams of added sugar per serving. I don’t see anything especially unique.Overall, I’m satisfied with these vitamins and the results. It’s a good product if the price is in your budget.
