Hard to tell
The ingredients in this supplement sound good, but are hard to measure its effectiveness. It would take blood tests and months of taking to objectively know if NR is effectively increased. As far as measuring practical results, its hard to separate if this supplement has improved my energy levels directly or indirectly by improving my sleep. There are other things I’ve done like adjusting CPAP parameters which are more likely improving my sleep, which as a result improves my energy levels and focus. I don’t see any harmful effects from this supplement, so it deserves at least 3 stars. I also don’t notice significant changes that I can directly relate to this supplement, so it doesn’t deserve 5 stars either.

Better Energy and More Awake!
At this stage of life, I don’t try new supplements lightly, but I’m really glad I gave this one a chance. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed I feel more awake and have better energy during the day. I’m not getting tired as quickly and can keep up with my usual routine more easily. A 3 because despite the excellent ingredients…. (used for 3 months striaght), there were NO noticible (as advertised) positive effects. I’m sure they’re good for you, and likely I’ll continue taking regardless. But there HAS to be a better way.
