A great low flush niacin supplement!
Heart health is important to me and since I had been looking for a Niacin supplement, I decided to give this Endur-Thine – 500mg Extended Release Low-Flush Niacin supplement a try. I’ve been very happy with it. Its easy to swallow and it doesn’t cause the same level of flush that niacin supplements normally cause. It had 3000% of the normal daily dose of Niacin, however, it is an extended release which means your body doesn’t get all that Niacin all at once and have it cause flushing and burning. Its something that I take daily and I feel that its helping my health overall. I’d recommend it to others! 5 stars!

I am so happy to be taking an extended release flow-flush niacin supplement because whenever I had taken niacin in the past it would leave my skin so hot, especially my ears would be burning up. This improves my heart health without the annoying burning sensation.

High Dose Niacin
I bought the Endur-thine for heart health, hoping to help lower my cholesterol so I don’t have to take crestor. Today I read about a new study just released and it talks about too much niacin can actually be dangerous, making one at higher risk for strokes and heart attack. It reads, the recommended amount of niacin for an adult male is 16mg/daily. For a non pregnant woman, it’s 14mg/daily. This has 500mg of niacin. Thankfully I’m not consistent with taking my supplements so I haven’t been injesting this every day. I see my doctor next week, I’m gonna talk to him about it (which I probably should have done first) I can’t say if it’s a good value but gave 4 stars anyway bc shipping was prompt and they aren’t huge pills to swallow. I need more info before I commit to starting this again.

Extended Release makes this More Absorbable!
It’s really nice to have Niacin in an extended release form. I hated having that hot flushing reaction about 15 minutes after taking a niacin pill. The flush usually lasted another 15 minutes. Ugghhh! I’ve been using Niacin for some time now and this is the first supplement I’ve taken with the addition of Pantethine. This is a form of the B5 vitamin Pantothenic Acid. The Pantethine seems tp be a great addition. It supports the function of the niacin by detoxifying the liver and pancreas. That’s important because it’s like trying to wash dishes with dirty water. You need to have a tub of clean water so the soap can work better! It does take some time to notice benefits with certainty. I’ve been using this brand now a couple weeks and I feel like I have some better endurance. When I get my labs I will know better if the other benefits I am interested in will show up. I’ve been taking it with food so not to get Gi issues. The caplet is small and easy to swallow. I found no bad taste. I like the idea of extended-release pills. For sure it is easier on your stomach! It also reduces the problem of trying to remember to take a 2nd dose later in the day. The brand Endurance Products’ is a family owned business that has been around for many years. Thier products are made and manufactured in the Usa and 3rd party tested. I do recommend this Niacin +Pantethiine. It was nice to take this dose only once and it was nice to have that extra boost and support from the Pantethine.
