I absolutely love EFX sports products given that they were created by a doctor an ex bodybuilder it makes sense that they work so well. I’ve been taking creatine on and off for 12 to 13 years and hands down This is the best creatine in any aspect that I have ever taken. I will never buy any other creatine again. There is no bloating, There’s no need to cycle off of it ever and gives you incredible pumps. I really enjoy the pill form, and for me the results were very noticeable very quick . I also use the karobolyn they make for a pre and post workout ……..my boys this is god juice !!!! Do not mess your body up with harmful drugs when this is available I promise you if all you do is add this and karabolyn to your daily routine you will double your strength in half the time which means quicker aesthetic results.

Excellent source of creatine and it’s actually one you will feel the difference! I love it for energy when I’ve worked late but have an early morning, and i also love it for working out. When i take it in the morning with a banana before my work out, i feel so strong throughout the week and very cognitively fresh.4 stars because of the fillers – the dye is completely unnecessary. Please be the best by taking this crap out !! This company should know better . I open the capsules and dip my banana in the powder or simply dump the powder on my tongue and drink with water. It’s flavorless as is so why all the junk added to the capsules ? Very frustrating because it’s such a great product !!
