Working fine so far. Only 2 doses a day.
I have been using “Let there be milk!” and decided to give this a try. The taste is similar. Kind of like a concentrated, slightly bitter, herbal tea with a bit of a maple syrup flavor. Do your research as fenugreek can cause gas in babies. I wasn’t able to use anything with fenugreek when my baby was smaller because it gave him horrible, like colic level gas. After about 6 months, I didn’t have to worry about it anymore. I can use fenugreek products fine now. They can make you and your baby smell like maple syrup, especially when you sweat. Lol. It’s not a terrible side effect. The other formula I was using said 2-5 times a day and this only says 2. The effect seems to be comparable. It’s easy to take and maybe just a bit more bitter than the other one I was using. I think it’s a good support product for increasing milk.

Breastfeeding Supplement
The best thing you can do for your supply is to drink plenty of water, consume your necessary calories, and remove milk from your breasts, whether that be through pumping or latched feeding. I have used a few different supplements and never notice much of a difference in my supply. These are no different. If I stopped using them I don’t know that my supply would change. Don’t expect miracles.I haven’t loved taking a pill because I find that I tend to burp and taste the fennel. Powders taste weird. These drops aren’t bad. I drink a 12oz Gatorade most afternoons to boost my electrolytes and adding these drops does nothing to change the flavor, though Fruit Punch is a pretty powerful flavor that tends to cover even the strongest flavored powder supplements.I don’t think that taking this supplement can hurt, but it’s not going to do much if you don’t also hydrate, eat, and remove milk regularly.

Good product, but…..
This formulation works for new mothers trying to up their milk supply. The BIG problem with this is, if you have a thyroid issue this product may not be for you. It contains fenugreek which can be a big issue for people with Hashimoto thyroiditis. If you have this medical diagnosis please consult your doctor before use. Other than that, it seems to work.

Wow this stuff really works
Tastes like maple syrup? Very sweet, a little herbal aftertaste.I am normally an overproducer but had my supply severely drop following a bout with mastitis and ordered this to see if it could help bring my supply back up. WOW the effect was immediate. About 12 hours after the first dose I was engorged like I hadn’t been in more than 3 weeks. I stopped taking it regularly after a few days, but still take it from time to time. I don’t normally believe in the crunchy herbal products, but something about this stuff really did work for me.

Waste of My Money
Nada, Zilch, Nothing. I wanted it to work. I hoped it would work. It didn’t work. I bought and correctly used the three bottle package. So, three months use of product resulted in no benefit what-so-ever. I recommend saving your money.

I used this one time. One serving. And DOUBLED my milk the next day. I have only been able to pump 2-3 ounces at a time and pumped almost 6 today. I will be recommending this to all of the breastfeeding/pumping moms I know!

At first glance I thought that this was a bit pricey. Then I realized that the price is for three rather large bottles of this product, each coming with it’s own eyedropper.This is a natural product that contains only six ingredients known to assist new moms in lactation and creating an easier milk flow. It’s all natural, vegan, and made of USA born materials, produced in the USA. That’s pretty impressive.New moms that are breastfeeding face several challenges, including viable and consistent milk flow. This product assists in that pursuit.The fact that these three bottles are included means you’ll receive lactation support for a relatively long period. Most moms breastfeed for a limited time, to assist in building up babies immune system. This can certainly help there.Good product. Interesting company name.

Day 2 Results!
I’m only on Day 2 of taking this consistently (twice a day) and already notice a difference in my milk supply!! I take it in the morning with my vitamins and then again before bed.It contains key ingredients that are known to increase milk supply like: milk thistle, fenugreek seed, nettle leaf, and fennel seed.1. Shake well before use.2. Take 2 bulb squeezes (1/3 full) twice daily.3. You can add it to water if you don’t like the taste. I didn’t mind it by itself… but it does taste like a super sweet and strong maple syrup.I’ve been having to supplement a few bottles a day, but have already noticed my baby latching longer than before (which I’m assuming is bc there’s more milk for her).I’ve also noticed a slight increase in milk when pumping today. I’ve gone from 1 oz total to 1.5oz (still only on day 2 so I’m hopeful it’s only going up from here)… fingers crossed!
