Great quality, a little more expensive than others
I’ve been drinking some brand of collagen for 6 months. I really liked this one, but it is a little pricier for the quantity than other brands I’ve tried and I have been comparing ingredients. My hairdresser can tell I’m doing something different. I had neck surgery 8 months ago and they had to shave the back of my hairline (underneath). It has grown about 3 1/2 inches now and that’s great for my hair, at my age (50)! I can also tell a difference in my nails. I strongly recommend drinking collagen…do research when looking at the quality/quantity of ingredients.

Has a taste
I personally did not like the taste of this “tasteless” powder. I tried it plain and with another drink, but did not like it. It was not terrible, but it made me not look forward to using it. Plus, I did not see any benefits from using it. But it may work for others; it just didn’t work for me.
