This is a great, well made version of Vitamin C that is bioavailable and at a very reasonable cost.
I was very excited to order this Lipizorb C Plus with Red Orange Complex . Dr. Murray and his line of supplements are very well known and well reviewed. Dr. Murray is highly respected, an author of many books, and he has many decades of experience that he brings to his work. His supplements are known for being heavily researched as well as having high quality and clean ingredients. At the bottom of this review, I’ll list the potential benefits of this product.I’m outside quite a bit during the summer. Last summer I burned the heck out of myself even while using sunscreen. Since this supplement is very beneficial to your skin (especially so if burned) I was super happy when it popped up right before the serious summer heat kicks in. It is non-GMO and it is 3rd party tested, which are both very important to me. It has not given me any acid reflux or any bad taste after taking it. The pill is a reasonable shape and was not hard to swallow. There are 60 pills in the bottle, and it calls for taking 2 a day.I feel like the quality and care of this product makes the price extremely reasonable. If you compare it to some other supplements that have red orange complex, this one is quite a bit cheaper than most of them. I have been taking several of Dr. Murray’s products for months now, and I am getting the impression that his intention is to try to actually help real people by providing healthy, well-made supplements at a cost most of us can afford. Good product, will try again after fully healed
I’m sure the product works great, but when I used it, I guess it was too strong and I basically nuked my gut. Absorbs a little too well. Seems to be sound ingredients. Caused a flush. Higher dose than recommended because I also take a daily prenatal for hair, skin, and nail support and it is the lower quality, but almost 100% daily intake.

Well-Designed Formula That Agreed With Me
Dr. Murray’s Lipizorb C Plus has been one of the easiest supplements I’ve added because there’s nothing complicated about it. It’s meant to help support your immune system and provide antioxidant benefits, and I like that it combines liposomal vitamin C with Blood Red Orange Complex instead of relying on a basic vitamin C formula. The powder inside the capsules has a distinctive red color, which I thought was a nice touch. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any issues with them. They didn’t upset my stomach, leave an unpleasant aftertaste, or cause any noticeable side effects. After taking them for a while, I felt like I had a bit more energy throughout the day and was generally pleased with how I felt. It’s impossible to say exactly which ingredient deserves the credit, but I liked the overall results enough.The quality seems excellent, especially for a vegan supplement, and the ingredients inspired confidence. Very interesting supplement with a lot going for it
This is quite an impressive supplement with a lot going for it.The vitamin C is buffered liposomal magnesium ascorbate, which enhances absorption of the vitamin C and also minimizes stomach irritation.The red orange complex (from blood oranges) contains a mix of ingredients with various benefits.And there is a digestive blend (ginger root, black pepper, lipase, quercetin) which aids bioavailability of the other ingredients in the formula.I find the supplements from this company to be of top quality and with an interesting and helpful ingredients profile. I am taking this supplement and really like it.

Impressive Vitamin C blend with over a dozen preservative-free ingredients. The capsules are easy to take, and they’re made with zero fillers and preservatives, and NON-GMO ingredients. I didn’t have any adverse side effects, but I did notice it took about a week before I felt a difference in my energy and my skin hydration levels. Summer in the South can be brutal on your skin and energy levels, so this is a great supplement to take to mitigate those issues. It’s a really good value for the price and quality of the ingredients in the supplement.

I ordered this supplement because the full serving provides about the amount of vitamin C I personally prefer taking daily – 510 mg total. The formula also includes smaller amounts of liposomal magnesium, ginger root, black pepper extract, lipase, quercetin, and a red orange complex containing antioxidants.One feature I particularly like is the split-dose flexibility. The serving size is two capsules daily for the full 510 mg dose, but each capsule contains roughly half that amount. That makes it easy to reduce intake to approximately 255 mg daily simply by taking one capsule instead of two. I appreciate supplements that allow this kind of adjustment without requiring tablet splitting.The capsules themselves are vegan and about three-quarters of an inch long. I did not experience any adverse effects using this product. Occasionally, very high doses of vitamin C can upset my stomach, but I did not have that issue here. If I were sensitive, I would simply take it with food or lower the dosage.The ingredient label is fairly clear and complete. The vitamin C amount is plainly stated, and the capsule materials and other ingredients are also disclosed. The bottle includes a lot number and expiration date approximately 18 months out, along with a company name and U.S. address. The product is manufactured in the United States.I also liked the inclusion of the red orange antioxidant complex, which provides 200 mg per serving.Where this product loses points for me is manufacturing transparency. I could not find mention of cGMP compliance, third-party testing, or a certificate of analysis on the bottle. Those are important quality indicators that I personally look for in supplements. I was also surprised that there were no cautionary statements anywhere on the label.Overall, there are several positives here, especially the flexible dosing and clearly disclosed ingredients, but the lack of visible manufacturing and testing information significantly lowered my confidence, resulting in a 3-star rating.
