My Favorite Vitamin B
I see a lot of mixed reviews on here, and I wanted to throw my two cents in. Vitamin B on an empty stomach makes me sick. I’ve tried so many different types of Vitamin B, and this is by far my favorite for two reasons.1. I can take it on an empty stomach, it doesn’t give me any trouble there and really starts my day and energy levels off right.2. I feel great taking it, by far the most noticeable affects from a vitamin B I’ve ever had.I buy this for and recommend it to anyone struggling in the Vitamin B or low energy department.I will admit, the pills are a little large and the serving size of 9 tablets a day is a lot. Personally I usually only take up to 6 and it works great for me. I don’t typically have trouble swallowing any pills though and get by fine even with the large size and lack of coating. Taste is also good. (these are nothing compared to the Wellness Formula tablets, those are huge and taste horrendous!)

Truly seems to be a great product
I started taking this product at the same time that I started taking other vitamins so I cannot see exactly how it is working however, I do feel a lot better and I believe that this is a good product worth buying you chew the tablets they kind a taste like vanilla they kind of stick to your teeth but if you eat them with food that goes away quickly I think you chew them for a better absorption in the gut. I’m not really sure I’m pretty sure that this is the bottle that does in fact, say that you should chew the tablets you can take up to seven a day I’ve only been taking three a day, if you are low on this vitamin, you were also low on other B vitamins and possibly vitamin D as well and maybe zinc also so make sure that you are getting a complete panel of blood test not just a standard regular blood test because that won’t always show vitamin deficiencies. I paid a company to send me over to LabCorp to get a 28 panel blood test done and I’ve always got two blood test done every year at the VA clinic and those blood test never showed that I was deficient in vitamins, but is 28 panel that I had done at LabCorp showed my deficiencies and it also showed my testosterone deficiency , so I highly recommend taking vitamins because I believe a lot of people are vitamin deficient and the testing that they do at most doctors office only looks for total vitamins or total testosterone or total thyroid. It does not look for individual levels so it is always best to ask for a complete panel, and it’s always best to ask for a copy of the results and see if they actually broke down each test or if they only took one of each test.

WOW!!!!
I have only been taking this product for 1 week as of today. I was experiencing tingling in my hands and feet and excruciating calf pain along with stiff joints. I turned to Dr. Berg and YouTube and came across this nutritional yeast. Some of my pain subsided within 1-3 days. By day 4-7 I’m only experiencing some minor tingling in my hand and foot. The joint pain and calf pain went away entirely. I chew 7 tablets a day. 4 with breakfast in between bites of food and water or coffee and then another 3 with dinner. At first chewing the pills was a major feat but now that I know it’s working and I’m mixing the pills with food and liquid it’s not hard at all. Well worth the money and taste when the product works!! Thank you Dr. Berg & Team!!!!

Update: I have found that if I grind them up with my ninja & mix it with pineapple juice. It is bearable. Looks like I will be able to order again.The product does make me feel a lot better. However, I struggle getting it down. I have tried everything. I have mixed it with just about everything I can think of to dull the flavor. Mixed it with my smoothies, juices etc etc. I can not chew it. Right now I have been grinding it up in my ninja mixing it with water or pineapple juice & taking it like a shot. This coming from a person that can take stuff like paraguard right out of the dropper. I still struggle with the flavor. I really want to love this product. Also 7 pills? I can’t even swallow them. I about choked because I tried to swallow one and it got stuck in my throat. I have honestly tried so hard with this product. Because it does help me feel better. Sadly I think I will have to give up on this product. I am trying to get through the bottle. At the very least to give the product a legit try. With the hopes of finding a way to get it down without struggling so much with the flavor. I haven’t been bummed about not being able to take a supplement before. If you can get past the flavor it’s worth the purchase.

The best
So I bought these because I have a great respect for Dr. Berg and his knowledge and honestly. I think they are well worth the price. As far as the tablet themselves, I don’t think they are too big to swallow, but probably I wouldn’t want one any larger as I have a hard time swallowing large tablets. That being said, you could always cut them in half easy. Even though the size is not too large, they would not be considered “slippery” or easy to “slide” down the throat given the texture of them. Someone wrote that they love the taste and chew on them all throughout the day. I would not say they are delicious by any means, but they are tolerable. Definitely not delicious, but not horrid either, just tolerable is the best word I can think of. So I just suck on one til it is gone, that is how I do it. I have other B complex vitamins so this was an addition to my current routine, so one or two a day is good for me.

It’s OK. I guess it’s better than eating nutritional yeast with a spoon. The tablets are chewy and stick in your teeth. The taste is Bleh, but what are you going to do? It’s nutritional yeast. If it has any benefits, they’re not overt. And a serving size is 7 tablets, so that’s a lot of chewing. Personally, I’d rather just take a high-quality b complex and be done with it. Good product, though, and if you love your nutritional yeast — all 3 of you — then this is a good way to eat it, I guess.

A great way to add yeast to your diet
These are hard, lozenge shaped tablets so I am grinding them before mixing with cold drinks. No adverse reaction of any kind and no noticable change in the drink’s taste.
