Easy to take
I’ve been taking mushroom varieties for many years now . They really help with fatigue and general well being. I used To have to get powder and mix it in my coffee, but now this stuff is everywhere. Now I use mushroom coffee and take capsules for an extra boost on rough days.These are medium-small capsules . They are smooth and easy to swallow. And there is no taste or smell. I’ve also had no side effects . So these are really easy to take and the capsules in general are more convenient for travel etc.I think They are effective . They may not be the best ones I’ve tried but they’re better than the worse of them. They seem like good enough quality to me. You get a good amount here so I think These are a good value. Good for a little boost; but maybe not to carry the full weight on their own. Which is fine with me since I was Adding them to other stuff I take.

I’ve been reading so much recently about the health benefits of mushrooms, I saw these supplements and knew I wanted to give them a try. I have purchased many different formulations offered by Doctor’s Recipes and have always been very satisfied with their products. This particular one is a combination of 500 MG of various types of mushrooms. I have only been taking them for a few days so it hasn’t been long enough to attest to any beneficial claims. I will say the bottle came packaged and sealed very well, the capsules are vegan and very easy to swallow. There was no unpleasant smell or aftertaste. There are 90 capsules in the bottle with a suggested serving of one per day so this $8 bottle lasts for about 3 months making it extremely cost effective.
