    Purchased this for my dad

    Dad was looking for hydrocil with out the orange flavor. So far so good. Works great.

    Unexpected ingredients

    In addition to psyllium, ingredients include polyethylene glycol and povidone, which are supposed to make it dissolve better. As best I can find, these are supposed to be generally safe, but I wish I had known they were in there before I made my purchase—I might have made a different choice. It does dissolve better than other brands I have tried, but it’s not like a powder that dissolves completely in water and forms a solution—more like a suspension of granules that is not entirely pleasant.

    Game changer

    This stuff is a game changer for me. Pretty much all the other powdered psyllium husks have an orange or lemon flavor, which makes mixing them with other powders (I have a prescription resin I have to take), an ugly mix of flavors.I found this soluble fiber by accident while looking for the name-brand and I feel fortunate I did.

    This is best out there! I was given this to take while in the hospital. The nurse said make sure you drink fast, as soon as you mix it. Otherwise it will become very thick, and you won’t be able to drink it. When this happens I just add more liquid to make it fluid to drink.It’s not something you put into your coffee or smoothies. I like the unflavored so I can use any flavored beverage to drink down fast.Hydrocil dietary fiber supplements is the best out there!!!!I have tried so many on the market. They just sit on top of the liquid never dissolving. The little granules must have some type of coating on them, because they only float, or get stuck to the side of your glass. The artificial orange flavor is discussing.

    Absorbs well

    This powdered fiber supplement has no taste and it’s pretty easy to absorb any liquid of choice to drink. I take it every morning before breakfast and it helps me keep regular without any cramping and bloating.
