Good Vitamins
I’ve been using these a week now, and while I haven’t noticed a huge improvement in my vision, it does seem that it’s getting healthier. These are uncoated vitamins, but not too big and easy to swallow. I plan on continuing to use them, since these are the only vitamins I’ve found so far that have Bilberry, which is very good for your eyes. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who cares about their eye health.

Good nutrients but not optimal doses, three tablets is too much for a serving
I know everyone in our family needs this with all the exposure to electronic device screens. So when I ordered this the amount of each nutrient wasn’t listed, there was just a photo of the front of the bottle and the description list3d the nutrients but not the amounts. I am familiar with Daimond/Herpanicine and trust the com-any so went for it. I was disappointed that the serving size is three tablets, that is a lot to have to take to get the doses listed. Then I was disappointed that the dose for lutein and zeaxanthin were half the doses used in the scientific studies that showed their efficacy, there is only 10/2mg respectively when the studies all used 20/4mg respectively. I was also disappointed to see zinc in a dose 30mg higher than what is recommended and is in the least desireable form, oxide. At least copper is included which should always go hand in hand with zinc. So, overall, good ingredients but three tablets is too much and some of the doses are not optimal.

Treat Your Eyes Right
I’ve tried a variety of supplements that are for helping your eyes. I gave one up because it smelled and tasted too fishy. This Diamond Eye Health seems to be working well for me and has no noticeable taste. It’s a slim pill that you take 3 times a day (easy to swallow). My eyes seem less tired after hours of computer work.I haven’t been out at night during the pandemic, so although this can help night vision, I’ve not tested that part out. I was impressed that it was tested in “independent clinical trials including AREDS, a 10-year Age-Related Eye Disease Study, performed by the National Institute of Health (NIH).”

All the Ingredients I Require in an Eye Supplement
I’ve been aware that I have the beginnings of macular degeneration for more than a year. As soon as I learned of this problem. I began taking a supplement ingredients proven in ARED2 studies to retard or even halt the progression of macular degeneration. Now the inclusion of ingredient combine to produce the ARED2 formula is a must-have for any eye supplement I buy.Diamond Eye Health has all I require and more. These are expensive ingredients in appropriate amounts. No skimping means eyes that are getting the most help currently available.Criticisms: One. I do not like the hard tablets that this product comes in. They are hard to swallow and not pleasant.

I interacted with these folks after writing the previous review. Acting on that info I chose to continue taking this product because I certainly haven’t found anything better. The label changes are just that. Changes on how the FDA requires them to report the ingredients not the ingredients themselves. I have recently seen similar things happening with other supplement companies where the FDA demanded changes to labeling (disrupting product availability and making it appear that something is wrong with the product.) Don’t let them fool you like they did me. This is a really good product that I don’t want to be without.

I have not been able to take AREDS . I have tried several brand name too. All have bother my stomach. I love this product. And it is the same Exact ingredients as AREDS. I will continue for the rest of my life in it. Great stuff especially fir people who have stomach problems. So glad I found it. A+.

Effective eye vitamin.
My focus is starting to improve with these supplements, my vision is starting to be more clear, and my eyes are less irritated at the end of the day. So far so good, 90 tablets which are easy to swallow. Great product!
