A bit expensive….
Cons: The recommended dosage is three capsules a day which is only a one month supply. This is not a good value for the price. Also when taking supplements be careful with different dosages and make sure the amount is safe to take. If taking three of these as suggested the magnese is fairly high. Make sure to do your due diligence and research before consuming.I suffered no side effects or upset stomach taking these. I will definitely try a different brand that’s less expensive. These are good to get when they go on sale.

I put a lot of trust in these supplements to actually contain what they say they do – part of the problem with no FDA requirements for efficacy, so far as I know. Probably even fewer constraints these days… 🙄Either way, these little pills claim to contain some very important stuff for older persons like me. Every day it seems like something new aches, injuries last a little bit longer, health needs become a bit more critical.I am optimistic regarding the reputation of this brand – seems to have been around a while and that makes me feel better. I am hopeful to see improvement in some of my achy joints.

Solid joint support
This supplement has a great blend of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, two proven ingredients for joint health and connective tissue support. I’ve noticed less stiffness, especially in my knees after workouts or long days on my feet. It’s gluten-free, easy to take, and gentle on the stomach. I lift heavy & have an active lifestyle (in my 40’s) – so my joints thank me for the extra love. A great option if you’re looking to keep your joints happy and mobile!

Price is a little to high given overall 30 day supply.
This is only a 30 day supply as you are required to take 3 per day and this is a 90 capsule supply. For the price that is a little high for most budgets. It is hard to say if this really works as supplement need to be taken for longer than normally in one supply. The capsule are larger and a little harder to swallow. Overall I like taking something for my joints since I am a runner, but there are more cost effective options out there.

This great supplement combines multiple ingredients my doctor recommended for my joint health in one easy supplement.Three tablets per day provide one dose and results are notable within half a month, yet this stuff is on the steep side with price.PROS:+ Combines Chondritin, Glucosamine, and Manganese for Joint Health: As an aging fellow, I was recommended the first two of these these supplemental ingedients by my doctor to assist with my aging joints. This great supplement combines both in one along with manganese and vitamin C and offers all in one easy dose without me needing to buy them separately.+ Easy Capsules: Each capsule is smaller than the average joint-health horse-pill, being more on the slim side. Three per day make one dose, making this less cost-effective. I try to split my doses with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The capsules swallow easy with a glass of water and do not upset my stomach, cause gross burps, or give me gas. They have an ozone-like mild taste, but it is not very notable.+ Genuine Results: My doctor was spot on with her recommendation! After using these for about 2 weeks, I did notice myself feeling less stiff and more limber, with my joints feeling more loose, especially around my troublesome elbows and knees. At one month was where the effects really started kicking in, and I’m not kidding! I feel way less stiff in the mornings and have noted less puffiness around my joints, and less aching when I move. I feel loose and ‘lubricated’ in a way.CONS:- Steep Price: At 3 capsules per day, this bottle won’t last long if you’re following the dosage instructions. It’s a bit on the steeper side compared with supplements with the same ingredients.- Crab/Shrimp Derived: If you have allergies, vegan/non-pesce vegetarian, or going kosher, this may not be for you.

Great Joint Support!
These capsules are a great way to add some extra support for your joints including cartilage, ligaments & tendons. I am not an athlete, but I do enjoy walking, hiking, camping and other outdoor adventures and this little pouch of supplements really seems to help. I feel looser and easier in my movements. I think these capsules would help anyone who enjoys running, working out or is active and wants to stay healthy.These capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. I have not experienced any negative side effects or stomach upset. The recommended serving is 3 capsules a day (1 capsule x 3 times a day) so this bottle is a 1-month supply. They are a little pricey, but I am enjoying the benefits and the natural products providing those benefits so I feel they are worth it. This supplement does contain shrimp & crab so do not purchase if you have shellfish allergies.

Another brand I trustAnother brand I trust
I do love this brand. There is back and forth on glucosamine and chondroitin in studies but I still believe there is enough benefit when needed. I like they added vitC and Manganese, important for joints. It is a lower gentle dose that is meant to be taken multiple times a day for best effective dosing and they are clear about it on the directions. Overtime, I expect results are individual but for me, it seems to be helpful overall.
