They are pleasant to use as they taste fine and are a reasonable size for a supplement. I have been using these consistently for 3 months and I haven’t noticed a difference in anything personally. But I also haven’t had any negative side effects either. I like the added Omega 3’s and I appreciate that they are vegan. I think I will keep taking them for a while to see if I notice a difference over a longer period of time. I think they are good quality for the price so they are worth a try.

Be very careful if you have PCOS. The Serotonin boost was insane. It can cause a lot of issues in the body- especially with wakefulness/total insomnia. I had no idea until the other day when I deep dive researched. It fixed my gut issues but the insomnia has wrecked my body physically and mentally. I regret getting these.A week after starting, I developed horrible insomnia out of the blue. I didn’t sleep but maybe an hour or two nightly the last three weeks. It got so bad I had to seek medical help this week. I still can’t sleep and it is a month later. (I stopped these three days ago though) It has tanked my mental health because of the not being able to fall asleep. No sleep aid, edibles, natural remedies I tried have worked to get me some sleep. I had to get medical help.So if you develop sleep problems and you started these… stop asap. Just my opinion.
