I got this for my husband who has been experiencing gut issues and acid-reflux a lot recently. I found the idea of the “capsule in capsule” design intriguing, although I’m not sure if it’s actually effective or just gimmicky.Both my husband and son commented on the citrus scent and I think it could help people who have a strong reaction to strong smelling supplements, making it easier to get these down the hatch. The size is pretty average for vitamins (I pictured it next to a small gel-cap for reference).Unfortunately after a full month of taking these, my husband said he didn’t notice any improvement with his gut issues, so I guess the search continues. I will say these are on the pricier end and I am not sure the price is justified by the effectiveness. At least not for us.

Effective Probiotic With Smart Delivery, but Price Hard to Justify Long Term
I was already using the women’s version of this probiotic brand and really loved it, so I decided to purchase the men’s version for my husband as part of his health journey. It has helped support his gut health and keeps him regular, which has made it a meaningful addition to his routine.The capsule-in-capsule delivery system is a standout feature. It is designed to survive stomach acid more effectively than standard capsules, supposingly helping the probiotics reach deeper into the gut where they can be more effective. That’s the theory, but it’s worked better than other probiotics I have purchased. So perhaps that’s the difference. 🤷🏾♀️My main downside is the monthly cost. Purchasing both the women’s and men’s versions for a 30-day supply would be about $60 per month, which is not a cost I can justify long term. I would rather focus on eating more probiotic rich foods and use this supplement strategically. To manage the price, we take ours every other day and only purchase it when it’s on sale.

A COOL DESIGN FOR MAXIMIZING EFFECTIVENESS!!!
I really like the design of these probiotics. The capsule within a capsule idea is supposed to help maximize getting the probiotic strains into the gut without degradation. I don’t have scientific evidence that is what happens, but I notice that when I take them I have been able to go longer period between having to take something for acid reflux. I can’t say for sure these are the reason why, but that is a definite change I have noticed when taking these. They are priced reasonably as compared to other probiotic I have taken. These are designed to be swallowed so I can’t comment on the taste since you don’t eat them. I haven’t noticed any effects on the energy aspect of things, but I haven’t taken them long enough to comment on that since these are supposed to work best over taking a full month or two.
