Good source of iodine!
Firstly, I have had several products from this brand, and so far, so good! It is still hard to review in a timely manner before you’ve had a chance you see clear results, but I seem to feel much more energized! The biggest plus is the of iodine, which is a necessary, not less commonly found essential nutrient. I believe it is or is close to the daily recommended value (dv). The headbands help’s with mood balance, and the b12 Nathan contributes to the body of energy! I can update a time goes on

I did not notice any smell, taste, or aftertaste, and they are easily swallowed. The ingredients appear to be typical of thyroid supplements in general. They are primarily targeted at people looking for help with potential iodine deficiencies or supporting metabolic health. It is important to note that the ingredients are generally considered safe for the general population at recommended dosages. Still, they do carry specific risks for people with underlying thyroid conditions, kidney issues, or those taking medication. I highly recommend that you check with your doctor before taking this supplement if you fall into those categories. The kelp and the iodine are of concern for those with thyroid nodules or autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto’s). This supplement could potentially interfere with thyroid medication. It seems natural to me that someone with thyroid issues might think this would be okay to take, and it might if a doctor approves. I will admit that I ordered this for that reason, but after researching online, I found that this is not for me until I discuss it with my doctor due to my Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism. For those without pre-existing conditions and wanting to keep their thyroids healthy, this is a good supplement. This product is made in the USA, the expiration date is over two years out, and at two capsules a day, this bottle will last a month.
