   Really good

   I love that these are vegan gummies!I take creatine often, and I got so sick of drinking creatine water where the powder never dissolves. I have tried many different brands, and they just never fully dissolve. It’s so nice to be able to just take some gummies and be done with it!These gummies are soft and taste good. I would gladly take these over any other form of creatine. They work just as well!

   I try to support small business like this one. However, I don’t taste creatine and I don’t taste the main byproduct called creatinine. Creatinine may normally be broken down by digestion. I should ask the seller what temp the gummies are made with. I should ask the seller if micronized creatine is used as I’m guessing temp is a factor in lack of creatine taste. Actual taste is fine so 3 stars for now.Others have mentioned the amount of ingredient grams vs product grams not adding up, but I’m not sure how the the mass or amount of matter changes after temp is applied.

   Tasty and Easy Creatine Gummies That Actually Work

   Honestly, I’ve been pretty skeptical about trying creatine in gummy form, but these kind of surprised me in a good way. First thing I noticed was how easy they are to take,just three gummies a day and I’m set. No need to fuss with powders or pills, which is kinda a relief when you’re rushing around in the mornings. The flavor is pretty good too, kinda green apple-y but not overly sweet or artificial, which I appreciated. Plus, I like that they’re sugar and gluten free. I’ve avoided some supplements before because of the ingredients, so this ticks that box.What I’ve actually liked is how convenient they are during my workouts. I usually take them before hitting the gym or even during a quick break. They’ve got a decent chew and aren’t sticky or anything weird. I don’t really notice a huge boost in strength right away, but I do feel a little more energized when I’m lifting or running. They’re also fairly easy to carry around, so I can toss a few in my bag without any hassle. All things considered, these gummies are pretty much doing what I wanted,simple, tasty, and effective enough for daily muscle support without any of the extra junk. If you’re looking for a no-fuss creatine option, I’d say give these a shot.

   I don’t trust them.I don’t trust them.

   Recently, a YouTuber did a deep dive into the creatine supplement industry where he sent off several brands of creatine gummies to labs to be tested. His findings were that the majority of them failed to include anywhere near the levels they claimed and are essentially really expensive candy. I don’t have the money to send these off to a lab, but I can tell you this: These taste just like my kids’ gummies in their lunch. They’re delicious. They also don’t make me gassy like my trusted creatine gummies do. Not only that, but they somehow cram more creatine into fewer gummies than my trusted brand, (can you see where I’m going with this?) A search for Mosses Wholesale online returns no information about the company and the address for the company seems to be a house in a gated community.In short, I don’t recommend them, especially given the current state of the industry and how easily people can sell things that aren’t tested.

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have started working out in an effort to get back into shape.  But unfortunately I just do not have the energy I once had, so have started taking supplements to help with energy/endurance and recovery.  Creatine is one of the supplements I am taking, and prefer it as a flavored gummy versus the gritty powder version.  So, when I got the opportunity to try the Creatine Monohydrate Gummies for Men & Women | 5000mg of Creatine Gummies per Serving | Sugar Free Gummies, Gluten Free & Halal | 90 Pre Workout Gummies for Muscle Recovery | Green Apple Flavor I did.My first impression was opening the sealed container you do get a pleasant green apple smell, with a bit of a plastic smell (not overwhelmingly strong but there in my jar).Next I read the label and got the recommended serving size, which is 3 of the gummies, which are shown in the review photos.  The gummies are easy to chew and swallow, and do have a pleasant sour apple flavor.  With this serving size you get 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate which is considered to be a safe and effective dosage.  Most information I have read says 3-5 grams per day is adequate for most people.In regard to my workouts, I do notice a mild bump in energy when taking the creatine gummies, although it is not overwhelming.  I also have not noticed any adverse effects at this time.  I have tried others where I felt a bigger boost in energy/stamina while working out, which is why I give this one a 4 out of 5 stars.

   These gummies claim to deliver 5g of creatine per 3-piece serving, but the total weight of all three is only about 7g, which isn’t enough to include 5g of creatine plus 7.5g of carbs and other ingredients. That alone throws the label into question.They taste decent with a mild green apple flavor, and the stevia isn’t overpowering. The packaging arrived sealed, and the gummies are soft, small, and pleasant to eat. But that’s also a red flag. Creatine in proper doses gives gummies a dense or chalky texture, which these completely lack.
