a creatine supplement should only have creatine and nothing else
tasty from the perspective of a supplement. It’s not the best tasting one I’ve had, but it’s not spit out worthy either.Good that a single serving provides 5g monohydrate. only con about the serving is that it requires 4 gummies. I’ve had other brands that can get that 5g in with only 2-3 which is more efficient.Not a fan of them adding filler into this. When I want a creatine supplement, I only want creatine. I don’t want potassium, magnesium, vitamin b6, etc. I just want creatine monohydrate. I always reduce points for this, because there are gummy brands that ONLY do creatine with no strings attached.As an athlete I’m already taking other supplements alongside my creatine, so having this provide extra I don’t need will just mess with my intake.

A bit pricey, but if you’re looking for more from creatine…
Creatine is as basic as workout supplements come, and one with plenty of research demonstrating effectiveness. Find some monohydrate, take 5 g, repeat.It doesn’t have to be basic, though, and if you’re willing to spend a fair bit more, there’s a lot to like here.The flavor isn’t overly sweet. It doesn’t taste like candy, but does taste pretty decent. The texture is pretty good, as well. Not too squishy, not chalky, and not too firm. It’s definitely a more fun way to take your daily 5 mg than a flavorless powder, and easier to boot.The add-ins are more speculative, in terms of supporting research, than the creatine itself, but might be appealing to those looking for every little edge to maximize gains.This isn’t the value proposition that basic creatine is, but again, it might be worth it for those little extra advantages.

Impressive Pineapple Flavor
These creatine gummies do a surprisingly good job of mimicking the taste of dried pineapple. I was pretty impressed with the flavor. That said, I ended up preferring to mix creatine powder into my tea. But if you don’t have a good drink to mix creatine into, and you enjoy gummies and pineapple, I think these are a great option.

Mushy gumdrop
I ordered these because I liked the convenience of gummy supplements. They are portable and easier to portion compared to powder. I liked that these were GMP and sugar free, along with some bcaa and vitamins. The only con for me was that I didn’t enjoy the gummies. They were more like mushy gumdrops that stuck to my teeth. For this scenario, I would rather just quickly drink down some micronized creatine with water.

Easy to chew, a combination that should be good for muscles, a little high priced
I purchased these gummies primarily for the creatine to help restore muscle strength after a tear; will it help, I’m not sure but the allegations are that it should help. Creatine also is supposed to increase muscle recovery after or during exercise, and that is a positive benefit. I’m not sure about the MuscleMax blend that has been added; it seems that a bunch of products with a similar alleged benefit to the creatine have been include just for ‘completeness’ I suppose, or maybe they are synergistic .. I cannot predict if the combination will be helpful or not, and I’ve not yet noticed any benefit to taking this formulation, but it is early days. I do like that some vitamins and minerals have been added; but I need to be sure that I am not double dosing on these when I take these gummies along with other supplements.The recommended 4 gummies per serving may seem high, but the container does have a full 30 day supply, and the 4 gummy dosage allows you to finely tune how much you actually use .. 1 to 4 gummies is quite a large range for you to work with.The gummies are very soft, easy to chew, and they dissolve quickly. I’m not exactly sure what flavor they were aiming for, but they have a slightly sweet citrus flavor, that reminds me a little of pineapple with a very slight aftertaste. The mouth feel is kind of powdery, which might be because of the sweeteners used; not unpleasant, just s slightly strange feeling.I have not done a lot of price comparisons but I feel that the price per daily dose seems a bit high; I’ll have to think twice if this is the best bargain before ordering again.

Good Combination Creatine Supplement
I’m already a regular creatine supplement user so I was excited to try this. The container comes with 120 gummies and each serving is 4 gummies so it’s a supply for 30 days. They taste good and the texture is very easy to deal with so it’s not a problem for me to take four of these gummies daily. The ingredient list is short so I know at least it’s not packed with too many artificial fillers and preservatives. It also has other supporting supplements and BCAAs to support muscles and post workout recovery which I appreciate. It doesn’t make a noticeable difference in the short term but over the course of a few weeks I know it will be effective if the ingredients listed are accurate. I think it’s an average value for the money it’s a small container but it does have other supporting supplements besides creatine which I appreciate.
