Impressive list of organic ingredients; easy on the stomach
Country Life is a new-to-me supplement brand that I’m very impressed with. According to the box, the company was established in 1971, so they have years of experience. The supplements have no GMO’s, wheat, soy, milk, or preservatives. What they have are 8 different B vitamins, and an organic food blend with a large list of organic, good-for-you ingredients. With each serving being two capsules, you get 30 servings per bottle.I’ve had no side-effects or interactions with any of the prescription medications or the various supplements I take. I was curious about the benefits of fermented foods so I did some more research and was even more impressed with this product. I previously had no idea that fermented foods have easier absorption and are easier on the stomach! Their Amazon site provides a lot of additional information and a list of their certifications. I’ve found several other supplements that I regularly take and will be checking on them the next time I need to re-order.

I chose this B-complex supplement because I needed a B-complex and am aware that Country Life is a reliable brand that has been in the business for decades.The amounts of B vitamins are higher than the Daily Recommended Intake, although not high enough to cause me any stomach discomfort, which most B formulations do. This is actually the first that I’ve tried that doesn’t give me a stomachache!Organic, gmo free, whole food fermented etc., dont matter much to me but are a bonus. Effectiveness is not reliant on these factors. The organic food blend is superfluous at a meager 400mg and probably unnecessary but maybe it enhances absorption for those who don’t eat food when taking supplements.The pills are easy to swallow and I like that there are few additional ingredients.
