    Good ingredients in good doses

I’ve been taking a brand from Costco recently and comparing the ingredients these have higher does of most of them (C, E, B2, B12, Folate, Zinc) other than the biotin, which is probably the most important one. I’m used to taking biotin in much higher doses (5k-10k) but I’m not sure I really need that much so it’s nice to alternate brands once in a while, which is what I am doing with these. It also has some good stuff in the Maxi Blend which will be beneficial. Only time will tell if these make a noticeable difference but so far so good. My hair looks healthy and great and is growing. As other’s have noted these are large tablets which I’m fine with but if you don’t like large pills these may not be for you. I do like that it comes in glass rather than plastic. I used to be really picky about that. Overall I like these and they have good ingredients in good doses. It’s strange that they didn’t include a picture of the supplement facts label but others have posted it.

    Large Pill, otherwise okay

Boy, these pills are massive! If you having swallowing problems, I would avoid these. I typically don’t have issues but did struggle to swallow these down with some water because of how large they are. I ended up having to break them in half to be able to swallow them without issue, otherwise it was just too hard to swallow. Some nice things I noticed is that these supplements do come in a high quality UV blocking bottle, which is important for preventing degradation as they sit on your shelf while taking them. They also came nicely sealed with a thick foil seal to keep them fresh until they get to you. These are good touches that I consider necessary in supplements, and am glad to see them implemented here.At 90 tablets (and I did count them to verify that!), this is a fair price. At the recommended dosing, this ends up being a 1.5 month supply, which is at least tolerable at this price. I would love to see a two pack or 180 count bottle if possible for a slightly greater discount.Unfortunately, I have not yet seen any difference in taking these. No changes in energy, no improved hair growth, no improved sleep or mentation. Maybe they will just take a bit longer to start working.

    Biotin Tablets

I’ve been using this for a bit and honestly I do feel like my hair looks a little healthier and not as brittle. the biotin dose is pretty high, which is what I wanted, and I like that it’s vegetarian and gluten-free. the pills are a decent size and easy enough to take. packaging is nice too. only thing is I wish it kicked in a bit faster, but overall I’m happy with it so far.

Good beauty support supplement for routine use

This hair skin and nails supplement is meant for steady daily support rather than quick changes. The tablets are slightly large but still manageable and there is no strong smell, which makes taking them daily much easier compared to supplements that have a heavy vitamin odor. There’s also no noticeable taste or lingering aftertaste. With consistent use, the benefits for me tended to show gradually, especially for small or fine hair, where improved strength and a healthier look became more noticeable over time. I noticed subtle improvements in hair thickness, along with nails feeling stronger and less prone to splitting. The formula keeps things simple without unnecessary extras, making it easier to stick with long term. Tablet quality feels consistent and the bottle size lasts a reasonable amount of time. At the price point, it feels like a good value. This is best for those looking for gradual, effective support for fine or thinning hair, but it may not be ideal for anyone expecting fast or dramatic results.

Amazing Boost for Hair and Nails

This Country Life Maxi-Hair-Skin & Nails supplement has been a great addition to my routine. With 2,000 mcg of Biotin packed into each tablet, my hair feels stronger and looks shinier than ever. Plus, the fact that it’s PABA free gives me peace of mind, knowing I’m not putting anything unnecessary into my body. My nails have become noticeably less brittle, which is a huge win for someone like me who loves a good DIY manicure session. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste, which is always a plus! It’s perfect for anyone looking to enhance their hair and nail health naturally. One small thing to note is that it might take a couple of weeks to start seeing full results, so patience is key. For someone wanting an easy, no-fuss way to boost their beauty routine, this is definitely worth a try. 💁‍♀️

Country Life Maxi-Hair-Skin & Nails With 2,000 mcg of Biotin

**Country Life Maxi-Hair-Skin & Nails-2,000 mcg of Biotin, PABA Free, 90 TabletThese hair, nails, and skin supplements are a straightforward, well rounded beauty support supplement with 2,000 mcg biotin per serving, plus supporting vitamins and minerals. Target’s listing confirms the key highlights: 2,000 mcg biotin, certified gluten free, non GMO testing. Not sure of the texture, large pills but went down slowly. For those who want a non gummy tablet supplement, this is an easy pick that offers broad support beyond only biotin. These are tablets, not gummies—some users prefer gummies, though I think that tablets tend to carry more nutrients per serving. You will know they are working when you are able to actually see results for your hair, skin, and nails. However, one would need to take these supplements on consistent use over weeks.I have to be honest here; I could not stomach these tablets after day 2. For me, there is just something about these supplements that make me a bit nauseous along with the smell, and I am not quite sure what it is and was never able to figure it out. I no longer take these supplements so I do not know if they work or are even the effectiveness of them, but everyone is different. Even though I no longer take these pills, I believe the value is good for those who are able to take them. But, in reading the reviews I think they work well for some users.

Country Life Maxi-Hair-Skin & Nails — Unknown If There’s Any Benefit – Hoping For The Best

Reviewing a supplement is tricky thing. Do they work? I don’t know. So, I’ll just cover the facts – the objective facts that I can quantify without any assumptions. These supplements are packaged in a nice, heavy duty, brown glass bottle, with a standard screw-on (non-child-safety type) plastic cap. In addition to the clear shrink-wrap safety seal (easy to remove) over the cap, there’s also a safety/freshness seal under the cap (not too difficult to remove). The ‘Supplement Facts’ on the label are very small print, making it slightly challenging even for someone with 20/20 eyesight to easily read. Anyone with less than 20/20 will definitely have difficulty reading the information. The other information on the label is slightly larger, still small print, but easier to read. The tablets themselves are the largest I’ve ever seen and may be difficult for some people to swallow if they have issues with swallowing larger pills. The tablets are well formed and consistent (no partial or damaged tablets seen). There is a slightly unpleasant odor from the contents of the bottle, but nothing overwhelmingly bad.Having just started taking this supplement I have no idea whether or not there will be any long term hair, skin and/or nails benefits, but I plan to continue taking them, hoping for the best.I’ll update this review in the future if I come to any objective conclusions regarding their effectiveness.

    Good Value Formula Big Pill

I really like the nutrient dense formula. I like that the product is vegetarian and artificial ingredient free and comes in a heavy, brown glass bottle, which helps protect the contents and feels higher quality than plastic. While it’s too early to see major changes in my hair growth, my nails already feel stronger and less prone to splitting, which suggests the formula is working well. The ingredients are comprehensive and seem to be gentle on my stomach. The tablets are very large and have a subtle vitamin smell. They are close to the largest pills I have ever tried to swallow, and some people may find them difficult to take daily. However, I did not have any issue swallowing these. Capsules gag me more than tablets. The dosage information on the bottle is printed in extremely small font, making the Supplement Facts label difficult to read. I was also disappointed to find these offer cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin as a B12 source.Despite the inconvenient size and the hard to read label, the supplement delivers a high quality, effective blend of nutrients. Given the comprehensive formula and the noticeable improvement in my nail strength after just a short time, the price point for 90 tablets is an good value for the money.
