    Pleasant tasting, soft, smooth gummies that aren’t hard to chew nor full of extra sugar. I have not experienced any ill effects and they seem like a great way to take a daily supplement without costing too much or breaking your wallet. They came packed well in an airtight resealable bottle (also see- through) and large open mouth making them easy to get out.

    I’m really sensitive to chemicals and in case anyone’s curious it seems very bad to take these and something else with D3 and K2. I think I’ve been causing hypercalcemia because I don’t bother to read bottles. (it’s both bad for your health and can be pretty painful)My mom’s an RN & suggested I get some CoQ10. I already have D3 K2 gummies that are lychee flavor that are like my candy of the day and when I got these I didn’t notice they contain the same amount of D3 and K2.These don’t taste as good as the lychee Gummies but they have all three so I’m leaning toward giving those up. These are a decent flavor. I don’t know if they taste like blueberry to me but I think they might smell like the blueberry strawberry shortcake doll.They stick together something awful. I don’t know how because they’re not very sticky. That is really irritating. My other gummy‘s don’t do that. Plus they’re in a container with a wider mouth so if they did do it, it wouldn’t be as difficult. I don’t know if they’re helping me so far, but as long as I stop the other gummies, they’re a decent price and flavor so I guess I’ll see.
