Interesting blend of cognitive enhancers
The lot number, 04/2028 expiration, and FSSAI license number printed clearly on the bottle are always good to see. Very slight sweet smell to the capsules, which is in line with what I’ve come to expect of lion’s mane supplements. The lion’s mane and alpha GPC contents here are a bit heftier than several other supplements I’ve tried, which is another plus. The transparency of disclosing the amounts of all ingredients, rather than obfuscating some behind the “Proprietary Blend” terminology, and making the identity of the lab and results available (the bottle advertises that the product is “lab tested”) would be a great selling point. This isn’t out of the ordinary though, and the product seems to be high quality by all other metrics.

Good product
At $16.99 for 150 capsules, these are a great value.I take one per morning with some water; taking on an empty stomach has not bothered me at all. I can’t really speak to the overall effectiveness, but I haven’t had any ill-effects. I love the idea that I’m doing my best to try to be healthy by taking this supplement.The size hasn’t been a problem at all, easy to swallow.I deducted a star because my capsules are filled with a white powder, though the product description shows a more-yellow-filled-capsule, and the COA lists yellow powder inside capsule. (The bottle was completely sealed upon arrival.)

Excellent Mental Focus Supplement
This really is a superb formula for calm cognitive energy, one that has benefits both shortly after taking it and the day after. It’s the kind of pill I’ve taken mid-day at work, which makes a big difference in my mood and productivity. Currently, I include it with a few others in an intra-workout combination, and I’ve been very pleased with the enhanced focus and drive I experience from that. Highly effective, very well-priced, easy to dose, easy to recommend. Great nootropic supplement!

FABULOUS ingredients except for the 1…………..
This bottle of Alpha-GPC from Nessarit was SO nearly perfect to me!! I REALLY loved it’s contents until I suddenly noticed the 1 component that was and is a deal breaker for me!! This supplement is seemingly being pushed and implemented in 80% of our food supplies, especially processed foods, and now our supplements, and this is the vitamin known as B6. And when in high amounts, not just my own opinion and my own experience with my own health, but from many expert health practitioners as well, it becomes toxic, especially the lab-made renditions. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone lacking in this vitamin!! It is ubiquitous in natural foods, it’s just everywhere. Yes, it is needed in VERY minute amounts, like 2 mgs daily!! This is highly inflammatory in higher amounts, yet now not only are processed goods loaded with it, it’s also in our so-called health drinks/ shakes, and also showing up in loads of our health supplements!! This is a main component of garbage seed oils like canola and cotton seed-the linoleic acid. Please anyone who doubts me, do your due diligence and research, it is factual, this is worse than sugar and is harming our health. I love all the other herbs, cordyceps and vitamins in here, like citocoline, B12, ginko biloba and Bacopa monnieri!! The price too is good for 120 capsules with no fillers, at just under $17.00! But because of aforementioned, I can not recommend! I really feel this vendor and producer have good intentions and are uninformed of the harm this does. And 10 mg ADDED, when we should not go over 2 mg in daily allowance, THIS is high, as we are getting it from every direction as well!! Some things, even in NATURE, are only beneficial in VERY small amounts!! Even too much water consumed in 1 go, have done people in, fact. I REALLY wish the vendors and producers of these would please listen and at least research this issue, as it is very well documented, not only anecdotal, PLEASE stop adding this to our health products. Hopefully this will get published, well see, no matter how very valid and important my point is.

I’ve been taking this supplement every morning, and I really like it. I appreciate that it comes entirely in shrink wrap and a foil safety seal, keeping the product fresh. I think these had the intended effect of making me sharper and clearer minded to a degree. But you have to remember that these kind of supplements have different results for different people so it can vary. I wasn’t turned into Albert Einstein but I could recall things faster and was definitely more calm than before at work. Anything that can help me get through my stressful work day easier is a net positive.I had digestive issues while taking this supplement so I had to eventually take half doses when that issue arose. I had to visit the restroom much more often.This supplement contains quite a few ingredients so I think that represents a good value for the consumer. They are very easy to swallow and seem to be of good quality. The bottle is definitely nice and doesn’t look cheap.
