Probiotic, prebiotic and antioxidants all in one pill!
Pills are easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any difference between taking these and my regular Puritan’s Pride brand probiotics, so I think they are good quality. These have a lot of extra stuff in them so I’m hoping to see a change in the long run. (Ie even less bloating.) These are full of extra prebiotics and antioxidants!One great thing about these is you don’t have to refrigerate them! Makes it easy to toss some in a small container or ziplock bag before going out to eat or to work with you. (I like to take probiotics before eating meals to help prevent bloating.)

Nice probiotic, but be aware of hormone-affecting herbs
My doctor told me to take a 100 billion count probiotic for some health stuff and this supplement definitely fits the bill! I like that it has quite a variety of beneficial strains, is shelf-stable, and is a pretty decent price for the amount of probiotics. My gut seems to like it too. And the ingredients are clean.But there are a couple things to be aware of. One is that the capsules are not acid-resistant, like some brands are. (Being acid-resistant supposedly means that more of the probiotics will make it live into your gut instead of being killed by stomach acid on the way there.) I don’t know how much that matters, but there’s that. The other thing is that these probiotics also contain several herbs traditionally used to support female hormonal health. But please, do your research! You might not need the hormone-shifting properties of these various herbs. Vitex/chaste tree, for instance, can cause women to release multiple eggs at once during ovulation, leading to an increased chance of twins if you get pregnant during that time. I don’t know if there’s enough vitex/chaste tree in here to affect ovulation or not, but it’s something to think about before deciding whether or not to add these to your daily routine!

I really like these.
I’m a big fan of Codeage and have taken several of their products – I find them to be high in quality. I really like that this product is a combo of probiotics, probiotics (synbiotic) and hormonal health support. My body is well accustomed to taking probiotics so I didn’t experience any negative side effects. The bottle arrived safety sealed and the capsules are easy to swallow. I have no complaints.

Good probiotic
Awesome Raw woman’s probiotic! I definitely believe in probiotics they help with digestion, bloating, all around good gut health! This one seems to work great, I love the pomegranate and broccoli extract benefits. The capsules are easy to swallow (however I usually do not have issue with pills) if you don’t like pills you can always throw in a smoothie or drink (I do that with my kids!). Good ingredients and product! Recommend!!

It takes a few days to adjust to these probiotics. During this time, I felt gassier. After those initial adjustment days, I noticed that I was processing meals better, even when we had oily and fried foods. These probiotics also reduced bloating and is helping with other areas, like skin and overall women’s health as well.
