Good Fish Oil
This seems like a good, high-quality, fish oil supplement. First thing I check is the smell when I open a fish oil product. These did not have that tell-tale super fishy smell which would indicate that they’ve gone bad. The pills are fairly large, but that’s pretty standard with fish oil pills and the size didn’t bother me, but large pills don’t bother me for the most part. I didn’t get any fishy burps or upset stomach when taking them. I didn’t notice any direct benefits from taking these, but I do know that Omegas are supposed to be great for heart health, so they’re pretty much a standard part of my supplement routine. Would get these again.One thing to note, the word, “Clinical” probably is just a marketing term rather than one backed by any science.

Quality fish oil
What a difference quality fish oil does. I started taking this for inflammation and mental clarity. The mental clarity part does take some time to get to. About 4 weeks of consistently taking them, and I feel like it really has helped me. I would go-to my kitchen for something and then forget what I was there for. I was just very forgetful and this has helped some with that, and for inflammation well it’s a combination of fish oil and b complex and vitamin d but it has all helped me.
